Very lovely staff. The checkin was smooth. They were very helpful. Rooms are very large and clean. there is a safe, kettle, fridge. I asked for iron and ironing board and they immediately provided. Bed was very comfortable. I am a light sleeper and it was very quiet. The breakfast has a lot of options both local and international tastes. It was not the fanciest one I had but they were fresh and clean. I stored my bags after checkout. The area is in walking distance to many places and it is an upscale residential area. there are supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants nearby. I would recommend it to all and would stay there again

there is no usb plug to charge but they have a cable tv box and I used its usb port so not a very big deal actually

The hotel is clean, comfortable, with friendly staff and decent buffet breakfast included. The best part about it is its excellent location in Recoleta! We also were able, for a nominal fee, retain access to our room on the day of our departure, since our flight left at night. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it highly!

The cancelation policy clearly states "However, you can reschedule your stay one time until March 4, 2023 for the same or a higher price. You'll only be charged if there's a price difference between your new and old dates." When I requested to change my dates through the Booking.com app I was denied. We needed to change one of our night stays to earlier. Our original booking was for 2 nights Mar 7-9. We ended up needing to change this to 1 night from Mar 5-6 and 1 night from Mar 8-9. After we were denied through the app, we ended up creating a new booking through booking.com to ensure we would have a place to stay from Mar 5-6 and hoped to work it out at the hotel. I was told every time I tried to talk to the staff that the booking was non-refundable and they were unable to help me. I should have been able to change one of the nights I had originally booked that we no longer needed to cover the night we came earlier to the hotel. It was extremely frustrating that no one was able to honor the date change that is clearly covered in their policy on Booking.com.

the coffee in the room was not good. instant in a bag. no taste. and insult to injury I discovered on check out that it was not included in the room rate. I have never in years of traveling been charged for in room coffee.

WLAN was not working after some hours so we had to change WLAN then it was fine Electricity was resting in the night .so I was kind of.scary as the aircon started serveral times with a loud beep ..
