location was fab and the were able to provide a kettle to make baby bottles up. nice big room with a lovely balcony.
A little bit dated, as modern as their Palermo hotel that had a nicer bar and restaurant also.

The staff are truly fantastic, they went above and beyond in my opinion. The neighbourhood is excellent. Food is also excellent.
Facilities are a little tired, but nothing that would put me off a stay here.

We had an amazing stay at CasaSur! We booked it for a special occasion and my partner worked with the amazing staff to surprise me with a proposal. The staff helped him set up the room with roses and champagne and gave us some chocolates. They were all so friendly and helpful, and congratulated us on our engagement. The room was really big and we loved the living area. The breakfast, bar area and location are perfect. This hotel is a very special place for us now and we’ll definitely come back!
Everything was great! The only thing was the jets in the spa pool didn’t work, they tried to fix it but no luck.

Amazing staff.
The most amazing massage. Myriam and Martina were above and beyond: extremely talented masseuses, one of the best I have ever had.

Ideally located in the area of Recoleta. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and kind and
went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay.
As with many city hotels the balcony was in a central concrete shaft as opposed to out into fresh air but was nicely decorated.

The location is great and the staff is friendly
The room was to dark and with no much artificial light to make it brighter. And we were staying in the luxury suit, is not luxury, is just big. It is too pricy for what you get.
The breakfast is ok but not great, limited healthy things, a lot of sweets but not quality ones. Limited types of bread.
The gym is not a proper gym, it only has a treadmill and some dumbbells, and is very hot and humid because is next to a … very tiny tiny pool.
For the price I recommend another hotel and be aware if you choose the non refundable price you have to pay it right away, not in the property.
