Location was great
It was very pricey and not at all on par with other hotels of the same price category. Perhaps a reflection of Argentina, but I found the price ridiculous for what is offered

The location was very convenient for the purpose of our stay.
The hotel has no maintenance. The room we were given was in terrible shape, mainly the bathroom. I’m uploading a photo of the towels as a brief of the whole situation: old towels, the bathtub floor was broken and it wouldn’t drain, the faucet wasn’t clean… and so on.

The rooms were spacious
We found the staff inattentive, basics in the room such as coffee was chargeable and the breakfast did not offer enough healthy options.

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Staff was helpful during our 3rd stay.
We didn't have hot water during our 1st stay. Staff was not helpful during our 2nd stay. Hotel possibly pays more attention to groups than individuals.

Brilliant location. Big room, very clean. The staff were helpful and professional. I asked for a kettle and it was delivered immediately. The reception staff were happy to answer our questions make phone calls to find out information etc.
The breakfast had limited choice was the same every day. Items were not replenished unless you asked and the staff would take their time to deliver any items requested. Chipped old plates and cups.

the location is perfect close to Palermo soho and easy to take taxis to the rest of the city.

The bed was comfy.
The staff did not have our booking reservation in their system. It was our wedding night and Nicolas from the staff found it hilarious. After waiting around 30 min at 01:00 am he found a room that was okay, but the tv was broken, the tub was broken, the bathroom flooded, the breakfast is worst than a gas station's cafe.
