El staff es excelente ! El desayuno super completo. Céntrico cerca de zona histórica y al cruzar el puente estás en Puerto Madero.

La calle específica del hotel es solitaria. No nos atrevimos a caminar de noche. De día no hay problema.

Podría tener una opción de cena y manta adicional para el frío para no tener que prender calefacción

My credit card was used without authorization to pay for something that was not my booking. Not really a good experience. Even though the location was good I would not recommend

The only annoying thing was the bed is super large but the sheets weren’t quite big enough to fit properly.

The location is very good for one day, at night there aren't people on the street so I prefer to stay inside and it is perfect.

it’s beside a building under construction, so there’s a lot of noise, nothing that a pair of ear plugs can’t solve

The best part is perfect location. Breakfast was also very good.

Guest relations were a bit messy - first, my payment was lost and it took them almost half a hour to recover it. Second, there was an issue with the breakfast payment, which at the end costed me ~30 USD extra - quite an amount for Argentina if I may.

I like very much this hotel! The location was perfect! The girls and the boys too off the desk were so polite, so good, so friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Every wish that you tell to the desk, they immediately done it. Excellent!

The modern design, the location and the friendly and helpful staff. Great service! Comfortable beds, large rooms, good breakfast buffet. Definitely a place we would like to stay again.

Poor breakfast. I failed to get an iron from the reception. Could not get help with EU adapter (my own did not fit). We asked for earlier check in, but we could not check in even at 3 pm.
