O hotel é muito bom, com instalações modernas e confortáveis, sua localização é ótima, na zona central de Buenos Aires, e o atendimento pelo pessoal de serviço é excelente.

Para não dizer que tudo foi excelente, eu gostaria que o valor da diária fosse mais razoável, a fim de estabelecer uma excelente relação custo-benefício.

I liked breakfast, the excellent location and the Cleanliness in all the Hotel. It was a very confortable 3 nights in BS AS.

I didn't like the elevator due to the noices. It was also very difficult to keep the room temperature stable.

Location is good. It's at the center and historical area of the city so most of the tourist spots are walking distance or just 10-20 mins by cab. The breakfast is a surprise because from its appearance as a small hotel (the lobby is not eye-catching) we did not expect the dining area to be a beautiful space with several choices of the food. The Staffs are friendly and helpful.

1. The shower is a bit hard to have the temperature being fixed at not-too-hot range.... always too hot for us. 2. We're offered early check-in (which we're very grateful) but just after we checked-in and we're still in our room, the housekeeping maid suddenly opened our room with her card. Although after we complained to her and the concierge we got apology from the concierge saying it's a mistake, this incident is still making us feel 'unsafe' for the first night we stayed there.

Great location...near to almost every interesting point in Buenos Aires.

Coffe could have been stronger. There was an extra charge for the coffe in the room even though it said there was a coffee machine provided. No water provided free of charge.

I had requested a late check out since my departing flight was at 9pm. I had received an email confirmation of that, but they coded it as a late check in. They refused to honor my request so I ended up sitting around for 4 hours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good food, sightseeing and transportation options within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was good for breakfast as well.

Hotel did not meet expectations created by the ranking of booking.com. Hotel was rated around 8.8. I caught sight of or dined at, a number of hotels that had ranked below this hotel and they were infinitely better properties.
