Location. This time round the staff were hospitable, responsive and attentive.

Water bottles we had trouble opening. A slightly lumpy bed.

This was our first five star hotel experience for a birthday treat, and it was really nice. This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, including a gorgeous rooftop pool. The staff was uniformly attentive and kind - when we couldn't find a wheelchair accessible entrance the reception staff walked us all the way around to one, they were helpful in changing a dinner reservation time, and they delivered us an extra pillow to the room at nearly midnight! The bed was HUGE and amazingly comfortable, and we could Chromecast to the TV and watch some Star Trek on Netflix as we lounged in fluffy robes and slippers. On our second day, we had the buffet at The Food Galleria and it was really good; the desserts especially were fantastic. The chefs and waiters were all very helpful and eager to tell us about the food. We left absolutely groaningly full - I went back three times for more dessert! All in all, we had a great time and would definitely come back for a special occasion.

The view (of the street and another building) was so grim we just kept the curtains shut, but fair enough we weren't there for the view! They were a bit unclear on how the charges work (i.e. they pre-charged an extra 500HKD for "incidentals", and took two payments at random times rather than one charge) which isn't great when it's a special treat you saved up for. We chose not to get the breakfast because it seemed a bit overpriced for what you'd get; also, the coffee machine in the room didn't work, so we just had tea instead. Lastly, we're a gay couple, and the receptionist seemed to think we booked a king-size bed by mistake. 😂 When I said no, we wanted the king-size bed, he said "ah, I understand" which we thought was a little funny - not sure anyone would have said that to a straight couple!

Comfortable room, great location & nice facilities

Bar menu appeared a little, even though selection probably vast. Checking in was slow & even though we had advised hotel of arrival time, both room weren’t available. 1 was, we had to go back for other 2 hours later.

The room was a good size, with a very comfortable extra large bed. Staff were very attentive. Location was great, just a short walk to the closest metro station and close to a lot of shops.

In the breakfast restaurant, the food selection, the tastes were good but the service was very bad. I wonder did your hotel provide any training to the staff? Langham is a well known int'l hotel but the attitude of the staff were bad, if they don't understand simple English they can ask the help from others. The rude attitude just can't accept. Very disappointed! Been stay at Langham TST for more than 10 years, I think its time for me to change.

The hotel is slightly dated however the newly refurbished rooms are very comfortable. Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the MTR is just a few mins away. Service received from all the staffs were amazing! They were all very helpful and friendly.

Used to stay in Langham Mongkok n now is Cordis. Tried this due to location n good standard in Cordis formerly.

My first impression with Receptionist during Check-In. Seem to be stingy over information n her smile. Communication is short n sharp. Not friendly approaches for a 5 star hotel standard.

Great location in TST because it's between Harbour City and Nathan St. Staff are attentive and eager to help because as they saw the long queue at Front Desk, they immediately tried to hasten the wait.
