Location is perfect, it fronts Victoria Park. The view of the harbor and the lights is simply beautiful. I like the breakfast because you have a choice of western and asian cuisine. I like my congee in the morning very warm, with all of the accompanying condiments.

Location is very good, close to MTR and lots of shopping and restaurants around. I got a room with a view of the park which was pretty nice. Taxis/Ubers are also easy to hail.

Room (20th floor) and finishes are dated, bathroom is small, no bidet. Bed is ok, could be softer in my opinion. The family room (8th floor) was a bit tight when the sofa bed was stretched out for a third person - but the room was newer looking than the one on the 20th.

The location is ideal for causeway bay. The hotel amenities are great. The staff are efficient.

Getting taxis is not an easy task, even from the hotel. Make sure you have your Uber app working in Hong Kong.

The room is sizeable and it provides a soothing view of Victoria Park with a bit of ocean view. The location of the hotel is very central to all transportation accessible to major districts. Another plus point is that the hotel provides more than enough bottle distilled water to the guests.

I was surprised that an enlarge mirror was absence in the bathroom. Majority of the hotels I stayed in the past payed good attention in this aspect. The garbage bins are too small to fit water bottles and other shopping wastes.

causeway bay area really nice and hotel is very close to metro station. We stayed at 22 floor refurbished room and everything including brakfast was fine

The professional staff at the front desk provided a matrix of details for me to choose the actual needs, I was impressed by the overall check in experience for getting the promotion upgrade to the decent room styles and late check out offers to fit my flight schedule.

We look forward to having more options of cake sets / snacks in the cafe. However, the cafe area is hygienic and spacious.

Clean and convenient location.

This hotel charges indiscriminately, we pay attention to ⚠️ when staying in the hotel, many customers may accidentally use the hotel room charge service, and then by the hotel rude income customers high fees. I used the hotel landline to call, charge me 4800HKD, but the room did not have any charge tips, I seriously looked for, did not find in the room to call the price list of charges, and finally after my Hong Kong friend's negotiation, charged me 3000HKD, so expensive phone bill, enough to buy a cell phone.

cleanliness - walls of room and in particular bathroom had not been properly cleaned at all we stayed 4 nights and were located right next to the lift shaft - with 2 children it was far too noisy - we asked for a room change and were given a much smaller room which hadn't been updated - it had a bath with a shower curtain! We stayed in the first room but suffered 4 nights of sleepless nights - we were not impressed and the hotel staff didn't even try to move us around despite our complaints. Vegetarian options at breakfast are few and far between - extremely expensive considering how little we could eat.

Location is perfect. It's a short walk to the MTR station, there's a supermarket beside the hotel, Donki is right around the corner, a few minutes walk to Times Square and other go-to places in Causeway Bay.

My room smells of cigarette smoke. The maintenance/housekeeping opened the window to circulate the air but it did not help. The carpet should be replaced.
