The room is spacious and there was a kitchen

The room was pretty basic, the hotel room and facilities were dated. It appeared to be a pretty old hotel that is being maintained but not updated. The bathroom shower was too small to be comfortable.

The spa was closed and that was the reason I had booked here instead of other places. It wasn't listed and I only found out when I tried to go.

everything was good, price is the cheapest among nearby hotels but services, especially doorman, securities are so friendly and professional. location is also nearby subway station.

The staff is super nice and cooperative. The hotel is quite old but maintained quite well. There are many facilities such as swimming pool, large gym and yoga room. Very clean.

The hotel is located near to the Zhuzilin metro station.

The receptionist assured that the hotel has sauna at the basement, however the sauna had not been heated in one and a half years.

Excellent location with easy access to CBD and Nanshan, and beautiful park nearby. Nice pool and gym, very comfortable. Huge room, amazing view, comfortable bed and bathtub.

Water not especially hot sometimes, the decor may be starting to look a bit old. Not cheap either, and no breakfast included in rate. Otherwise, a good option.

I thought booking executive would mean a good quality room. Instead it was smelly and damp and always water inside on the floor, walls and in the air. I'm very shocked and everything I own smells very bad! I am very disappointed!! Dirty, smelly and mouldy! 😤😤

Right next to a MTR station. But that's about it. You are in walking distance of nothing. Perhaps a convenient store 3 minutes away.

Check-in was terrible. Requested a check-in time of 12pm. We arrived at 2pm, was asked to wait 2 hours until 4pm until our room was ready. Asked why and a simple answer was “we let the previous room takers a late check-out.” We had to wait until 4pm! We were compensated with 1 beer each for the 2 hour delay...atrocious. A person runs around in the morning asking for laundry. If you dont answer the door, he will not fail to make you answer the door. I suggest putting up a sign saying no laundry and sticking it on the door. Room was dirty. Carpet was old and loose, stains were less than meters apart. Bed was old and hard, could feel every single spring in and out of bed. Foot and hand marks all over the glass. Aircon cannot be controlled in the room as it is centrally controlled by the hotel and theres no apparent way to adjust. Was advised to open the window but asked to sign a waiver incase anything happens, the signee is to be held accountable. Room door is thin as paper, can hear the lightest footsteps outside, let alone conversations or other room doors opening and closing on the same floor. All furniture had stains somewhere on them. Security safe was left ontop of a shelf at waist level. Unsecured to anything. Could be picked up and left with. Ruins the whole meaning of it. Bathtub fits half a person.
