It is located in Dalian's CBD so everything is very close. It is around 500m to the subway, and around 2 km to the seaside with many attractions. The hotel looks good and feels good, it used to be a top hotel a few years back, but it's getting a bit older, however, still has its charm. You won't miss anything, you can conveniently pay by Visa/Mastercard at the reception and do not forget about the 400 RMB deposit.
Nothing at all. It's not a brand-new hotel, so it has experienced better days, however, still in decent condition.

Breakfast was included in my rental. Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested it each day. The quality was really nice as well.
Once I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign outside of my door and they continuously rang the doorbell to give me my breakfast. They didn't understand that I did not want breakfast that morning.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Crystal is a superstar. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. The rooms are neat and clean and there are English instructions for all of the appliances. It fealt like home away from home.

The apartment is good located with nice restaurants and coffee shops around.
It was definetly not a 5 star accommodation. The apartment was in a very used look - stains on the carpet, loose wallpaper and a strong smelling, not proper working air conditioning. There was no sauna available as described and the "breakfast" wasn't what I expected from the pictures.

Location is great.
The air conditioner did not work in the building even though the hotel states it has air conditioning. Staff tried to help; they took me to another hotel room but it was the same problem. Air blows but is not cooling. They gave us a dehumidifier to help as a fan. The sauna is out of service, and you can use the gym only from 11:30-1:30. We didn’t even want to sleep there our second night (even though we were charged). They did not ask why we were leaving early. Not sure if all the positive reviews were from before the change in ownership. We will not stay here again.
