The location right on the beach is ideal for enjoying watersports, leisurely walks on the beach. The views are unmatched

very convenient. very beautiful. thanks for the manager Deng Bowen helped me upgraded my room. this I have taken very beautiful photos shared with my friends, and they wish to live here too. one of my friend will come to live tomorrow. hope she has the same good feeling

Magnificent views and excellent assistance provided by Alvin from the concierge desk - he helped a lot on booking our ferry tickets.
Smell of cigarettes in the room. Especially in the room toilet, we explicitly requested a non smoking room.
Lack of English spoken by the staff which we do expect in this class of hotels. Basic English is often not being understood.

It was too hot in the room which also had very strong smell of renovation.
The aircon filter should be cleaned and replaced regularly.

Clean room. Great dinner and breakfast buffet. The main chef of the restaurant, a tall gentlemen named Henry Wang, was excellent. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great food and amazing service. Amazing views of the surrounding area.
Hairdryer in the room was ridiculously low powered.
No coffee machine as stated on Booking.com
Temperature was so hot in the room with no option of turning it lower. Staff couldn't even provide a fan.

Great view from room window, automatic curtain opening and closing, nice pool.
Breakfast: Not many kinds to choose, taste so so; No coffee machine at breakfast, have to ask for it but the service is not good at all.
Room: no use charger; room size is small especially the bed size; topically a business hotel and not friendly for family.

Except ocean view window, Beds and breakfast, others are really need a big improvement.
1. Cleanness : Dust at corners. Rusty water in the bath tube.
2. No Welcome fruits and complimentary drinks. No coffee machine(only Nescafe instant coffee)
3. Changing room : no security door at the entrance. Only provided one towel. Dirty shower booth.
4. Sauna : no timer
5. No sound-proof
6. Small thing but there is No signature fragrance at hotel.
