The room was larger than I expected and the bedroom was comfortable. The location is extremely convenient in my opinion with a local market nearby. This building is where locals live so you can sort of experience what living as a local feels like. The bathroom has heating and the tap & bath water turns warm quickly.

You should know that the apartment is located in an old building so some parts of the facilities are comparatively old and the soundproof is poor. This didn't bother me though, considering the reasonable price, and I wore soundproof headphones when the noise was loud.

Near to the Harbour. Big Appartment, big skyscraper. Take the subway, line 2, station conference center, to go to the sea!

Paperthin children mattress, beware! No kitchenware in the kitchen. Only Chinese language, no English. You need wechat to get the keys, otherwise you are lost!

The landlord is very easy and helpful, perfect communication. The appartement is really good : very cleaned, with good and convenient facilities (washing machine, kitchen, fridge...), bed and sofa are comfortable, the view is beautiful and it's lightly. Also the location is perfect, just in front of a nice market and street with restaurants.

I like everything, nothing to say.

This review is for room 2015, on the 20th floor. I believe there is more than one room and they may be quite different... Please remember this is not a 5* London West End hotel; it is an apartment in China - there is a difference! If you want the former standard, you must book a luxury hotel. The apartment is in the city centre, so convenient for getting around. It also means there's plenty of traffic all the time: the noise was obvious but didn't stop me from sleeping well. I stayed for three weeks, cooking for myself in the evenings. It was perfect for what I wanted. A couple of items I felt would make my stay more comfortable were provided by the owner immediately I mentioned them. I loved the view because I could see the sea and boats moving at the port, between the tall buildings nearby. For me this apartment was ideal - spacious and comfortable. If I return to Dalian next year, I shall book it again without hesitation. Ms Liu was very helpful and friendly. However, it will help if you speak, read and write some Chinese - otherwise communication might be more difficult.

Just my personal dislike really. I'm not particularly happy about using gas and the two cooking rings are powered by gas. However, I was able to cook my Chinese meals easily.

Very beauty location.
