Swimming pool, ocean view, access to the old town. 24 hour reception.

The noise from the highway made me close the windows, but then I had to sleep with the noisy AC unit. Pillows had a bit smell of humid. Bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, not suitable for an adult neither child.

The nicest and the most helpful service I have ever had. Very clean room, nice fitness room and swimming pool. Awesome lobby

The door from the hall to the restaurant where the breakfast is served is somehow invisible because it is in the corner without any sign, so my daughter could not find where she can eat while I was at the conference. Bu anyway, she is 11, she survived goingto the supermarket. Nocomplainttothe stuff - it is just a location of the door.

The location is very good, only 5 mins in a taxi from the old town and 10 mins to the main beach area of the city. We had a balcony which looked out onto the sea and we saw all the cargo ships coming in and at weekends, all the water activities so it was very interesting. The bed was very comfortable, well laid out room, bathroom had an excellent shower and bath. Towels were replaced daily, soft and lots of them and the cleaners did a fantastic job. One gripe is there was only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang anything but this is a small thing in the otherwise excellent serve we received. We did not eat at the hotel so cant comment, we did visit the top floor pool, which gave spectacular views and looked good all-round, but we did not swim. The staff we engaged with were all efficient, helpful and happy. Our room had an ironing board and iron, a safe and the hairdryer in the bathroom was good.

not enough hooks for hanging towels/items in the bathroom. Poor lighting in the corridors which I guess is an eco thing but for older people with sight impairment it was disconcerting.

The location was good - walk distance from the old town, available parking (definitely get a car), good location close to the motorway. The gym is small, but nice and with a lovely sea view.

Breakfast was very basic, I hardly could find anything to eat there. It completely does not reflect the cost of it. For the same money, you could eat very well outside. Swimming pool - was written that it is indoors, but in the reality, it is on the roof and was closed. Rooms (I booked one room and my friend booked another room) are very basic, not what you would expect from a 4* hotel, bathrooms have mould and the shower hose is broken (but not to the level that it does not work - it just looks scary, probably that's why they are not bothered to renovate it) - by the time I got that room, we already changed the room once as previous was claustrophobic, they said it is the best they have, so there was not much to change for (avoid rooms which are at the end of the corridors - they are claustrophobic). Awful view for the rooms which are not sea view - schoolyard, avoid it! I booked this hotel just because it has a swimming pool indoors, which was not the correct information, if I knew it was not there, would not have booked it.

Good quality furnishing in the room, including the beds and bathroom. A large hotel, with a nice bar and restaurant area.

Location was a 40 minute walk to the city center, although good bus links nearby.

The hotel is 5-10 minutes far away by foot from the city center and from the bus station. The personal was very friendly and they helped me with all information i needed. The room was nice, clean , with good wi-fi and comfortable bed.

Break fast is not really good they have to add some dishes for eat

I did not expect such a beautiful room for this price. It was just a pleasure to be there.

The elevator is clearly not enough for all the guests. Sometimes there is such a queue that you think to go on foot to the 8th floor

it was fairly nice location, pretty clean and friendly lady at the reception.

The lady at the breakfast reception, she threw a bit of a fuss when saw that I didn’t have breakfast option included, I was told at the check in that won’t be problem to buy it. she charged me straight away without even mentioning the price, I told my friend is sitting inside and only after (thankfully) taking copy of payment found out that I paid for both. Assuming all guests were treated the same, my friend should have been charged before waking in, so why did I pay for two people?! as my friend sat for a while inside she said that they didn’t charge anyone else upon entering the lounge. That was also our understanding that will pay when checking out. At the check out they tried to charge for one of the breakfasts again, glad I took that copy of the payment to the desk…

The hotel was all that I needed for an unplanned stay in Las Palmas, the staff on the reception desk could not have been more helpful when I needed to extend my stay in what had been a stressful time their patience and understanding was greatly appreciated, my bedroom and facilities were very comfortable, with tea and coffee top up daily and also bottled water, breakfasts always plentiful with the staff there willing to help and serve you. the hotel was also just a short taxi ride to the hospital and the location to shops was just a short walk away, we certainly will look to returning to Las Palmas for a short break/holiday and will be returning to stay again at the AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas,
