The best thing is that hotel is located on upper floors which make is sound proof even though it is situated on a busy main road. Location is excellent and place is very well connected.

basement parking has a very few sign and clues. and securities in parking area looks not very kind and helpfull. body language and gesture of parking securities need to be more kind and helpfull. not a good attitude. so shame

the facilities are very well maintained. toilet is clean, shower water is powerful, everything works. apt is very huge, spacious. bed is clean, bed sheet is white, no stain. very good

The room services were very slow and we had to call a few times to get wat v wanted. We had to pay for parking when grab came to pick us up. This is not right. There is no proper place for hotel guest to smoke. I had to sit on the road to smoke my cigar

Breakfast had a good selection, but the tables for four were a bit small and could have been bigger. The swimming pool was very large and a pleasure to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable if you prefer firm beds.

The rooms interior design was grey in grey and not very welcoming. Some refurbishment and improved colour design might help a lot. The pictures looked much better than what the rooms looked like in reality.

We had a bad experience when we landed up at the property to check into our rooms. We had booked 5 single room units. We were all 5 couples who had not been out of our town due to the pandemic and restrictions to travel interstate. This was the 1st time we were out for a holiday after 2 years. We had booked 5 single room units as we wanted some privacy when we were in the unit. When we went to the check in counter, the Operations manager approached us and told us that they had only 3 single room units and the other 2 couples were to share a unit which had 2 bedrooms. It was quite a surprise to us as we had booked these rooms 2 weeks in advance and the staff from the property had sent emails to again confirm that we will be taking the rooms. On the day of arrival, I had even called twice the property to confirm again that we will be arriving at the time committed. Nothing was even mentioned during the calls to them. The Operations manager even had the cheek to say that we had not paid for the rooms yet so they could do what they liked. She failed to realize that the cancellation time was over and if we had not turned up, the property would have charged our credit cards. So, it was good as paid. This remark added insult to injury. It's a pity that a Marriott Group property had such an Unprofessional Operations Manager. Finally, we had no choice but to take this up as we did not have time to book any other hotel and the Manager was adamant that they could not provide us the units which we booked. It was a total put off. I doubt we will ever step foot into this property again and will discourage anyone who wants to book units there.

Everything is ok just the rate is high specially in this time many hotel and resident apartments offer better than your price . I think must check the rate in this time .
