النظافة و تعامل الموظفين
مطعم الافطار كان هناك تأخر في الخدمة لدرجة ان ننتضر منهم تحضير بيض مقلي لمدة نصف ساعة في بعض الاحيان
و ملاعق و المناديل كانت غير نضيفة
قسم الاستقبال اضافة علي فتورة طويلة تحتوي على مشروبات و مأكولات من الميني بار و عند تحققي منها وأخباره بعدم اخدي لها تراجع و عتذر.
حجزت عن طريق البوكينك و قامو بإعطائي ترقية لانني احجز عن طريقهم بكثرة عند نزولي في الفندق رفضو اعطائي الترقية و قالو ليس لهم اي دخل في ما قاله البوكنك.

The breakfast was very good, the variety of food was diverse. The staff was nice and helpful, they recommended some restaurants for us to try. Just let them know if you are celebrating any special occasion, they will surprise you!

Friendly staff, clean room
No freezer temp in the fridge, so cannot keep ice cream or other food which required freezer temp.
Although we can ask buttler to come and keep for us in hotel freezer, but it is better to have it in the room

Great hotel overall. The staff is super attentive and kind, the facilities are beautiful, the basic room are basically huge suites. Great bath tub, rain shower and super comfy bed. I also had a great massage and the cocktails at the art cafe were amazing. Concierge and butler service available 24h, they literally helped me with anything, even shipping a box to Bali. Also breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many options!
I was travelling alone but I never felt alone thanks to the amazing people working there.
You can hear the traffic noise if your room is on the highway side, but it wasn't bothering me.

Fasilities, good for jogging out side of hotel, gys is ok, coffee bar next to swimming pool. Good for young families. Connecting to Lotte Plaza. Breakfast serve many kinds of foods / trdisional & western foods. Every thing is ok. staf very kind & helfully. Thanks

The staff’s attention to detail, care and service was beyond my expectations. I felt always taken care of and under their guidance if I required anything. I was with them on whatsApp and always had any query responded to right away. Exceptional. I’m also super picky about Air conditioning especially in humid climates where the room can feel stuffy, and the hotel here had excellent air conditioning. Additionally, the location is superb with a mall connected to it so everything was super convenient. Special thanks to Fara, Thalia and the team for being so hospitable
