Great location. Exceptionality friendly & professional staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast included.

The view from the bedroom window was across the marina to the Liver building which was spectacular at night when lit up. The building is amazing, steeped in history and the conversion into an hotel respectfully done, retaining important features such as the original windows and internal metal doors. The latter were fire doors when the building was used for storage of flammable materials, e.g. tobacco

No parking but fully understandable

I liked every thing, I couldn’t find any fault. Lovely staff, great rooms with comfy beds, plenty of well cooked breakfast, brilliant views and a historic building with loads of character.

There was nothing not to like, it was perfect in every way.

Fabulous location excellent breakfast and the staff where amazing

The location was perfect with easy access to the ACC - where I spent two days in conference. The room was spacious and clean and the mattress very comfortable.

There was no WiFi in the room during my stay. This was difficult as it didn't allow me to work. The only alternative was to sit in the lobby which wasn't the right place for me to work. The television remote was working intermittently only. This meant moving the channels manually. Its not a big deal but it was just a bit annoying. Breakfast was ok but it didn't cater much for vegans. The fruit selection was minimal and there could have been more items on the hot counter; such as mushrooms or vegan sausages etc.
