Les installations de l’hôtel sont excellente. Le spa est très agréable Le personnel est aux petits soins Le rooftop est très agréable et doit être très utile en haute saison

Les portions sont un peu chiches au restaurant étoilé pour le menu en 5 services, mais c’est très bon.

The atmosphere, the gardens

Not enough light in the room, dressing mirror was too high, having to wash your own glasses, too many pillows left in the room, they took up too much space.

Breakfast was a magnificent spread with a range to suit all tastes. The staff looking after the tables were very efficient but remained friendly at the same time and recognised you each time you visited. Our room was very comfortable but more expensive than I have paid elsewhere for quality accommodation. We ate 6 times in one of the restaurants and tried many of the dishes which were well prepared with quality ingredients. The bread was fantastic and a nice change to use olive oil in place of butter.

All of the food outlets including breakfast did not have plate warming facilities and food was always served on a cold plate. At breakfast as is in France, the staff have no idea how to make a good cup of English Breakfast Tea. Dunking a tea bag in a cup of well off the boil water from a clean tea pot does not result in a good cup of tea.

Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Das Hotel hat einen hübschen Park und ist gut gelegen, wenn man bisschen seine Ruhe haben will. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes Essen außerhalb des Hotels gabs auf jeden Fall.

Wenn Leute im Flur gesprochen oder die Hoteltür zugeknallt haben, hat man das schon im Zimmer gehört.

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The staff are very attentive, its a beautiful hotel that takes you to a bygone era and although luxury was not pretentious. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the main restaurant was excellent quality.

Service at pool bar a little slow and food selection at the pool was very limited, maybe add some of the food options that are available on room service.

El atento trato del personal para con nosotros. La chica de recepción (Paula) fue muy amable y nos explicó los servicios del hotel.

Me hubiera gustado que nos atendieran un poquito más rápido en el bar del hotel ya que teníamos un poco de prisa y en pedir la comanda se tardaron un poco.

Das Frühstück war top! Dabei ist nichts auszusetzen. Jeden Tag wurden frische Lebensmittel bereitgestellt. Das Hotel war auch in einer Top-Lage. Ein 10minütiger Spaziergang und man ist in der Stadt. Dort hatte man auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich was tolles zum Abendessen rauszusuchen. Erstaunlich war auch wie sauber es war.

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass man auch zum Frühstück ein Abendessen im Hotel buchen könnte. Die Restaurants am Hotel und in der Umgebung waren leider sehr teuer. Erst wenn man in der Stadt war hatte man angemessene Preise.

Sehr freundliches Personal, das viele Tipps bereithielt; ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, großer Schwimmbad-Bereich, viele Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten jenseits der Zimmer, schöner Balkon

Das Bad mit bodengleicher, separater Dusche war sehr schmal und nur durch eine Holzschiebetür vom Schlafbereich getrennt. Leider hörte man "Ablauf-Geräusche" aus den oberen Bädern sehr deutlich, so dass der Schlaf nur ungestört blieb, wenn niemand in den oberen Badezimmern duschte.

This hotel is special - a wonderful building, well maintained, yet full of history. The staff is amazing, always willing to help, and make your stay special. Breakfast is awesome, one of the best we’ve ever had. We also loved the spa.

La Bodegita for half board has limited lunch and dinner options. A Smart TV with Netflix access would have been nice.

Great accomodation. Great staff. Great location. Rated very highly for us.

The hotel felt like it was in its own little oasis! Beautiful grounds did not feel like we were in Las Palmas

Beautiful interior and surrounding greenery. Friendly staff, although many of them don't speak English at all.

We found cockroaches TWICE in our room. Staff managed to remove them for the first time, but the second time the roach ran inside the curtains and we were offered a new room, and had to evacuate in the middle of the night. On top of these, we once returned to our room to find our door left open after cleaning. Serious health and security issues. As compensation we were offered a generous €32 discount from our final bill. This wouldn't even cover a breakfast at the hotel. Absolutely wouldn't return.

The Staff at Santa Catalina were exceptional! The room was clean and quite spacious, the food was amazing, the ambience of the hotel was beautiful-the Spa, the pools, restaurants, rooftop bar! Everything about this trip was A+++++! Will definitely be going back soon.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful gardens , and rooms . We had a suite which was great value as we were able to use the roof top pool and bar and the spa . The staff are the special thing about the hotel. They were so friendly . Rosa in the spa was exceptional as was our waitress in the bodega where we had a beautiful dinner. We stayed here as we were going to watch Sting in Las Palmas how amazing when we went for after gig drinks in the beautiful roof top bar to find Sting and the band having a nightcap. It was a perfect end to an amazing stay. Everything about this hotel is comfortable, luxurious and amazingly beautiful. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to return
