Часто приезжаем в ОАЭ. Много где были. Есть с чем сравнивать. Этот отель выбрали на 5 суток, так как нужно было ездить каждый день в Абу-даби (поездка на такси от отеля чуть более часа занимала). От центра Дубая далековато, но рядом есть метро (в Дубай часто пробки, особенно вечером). ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ ВСЁ! Очень красивый отель! Хотелось пожить в восточной сказке)) Ожидания оправдались! Завтраки чудесные (жаль, что не взяли ужины). Персонал отзывчивый, выполняет свою работу на отлично. Бассейн работает до 23ч - супер! На пляж не ездили, было не актуально. Немаловажно, что рядом ТЦ, приятно прогуляться и делать покупки, очень красивые интерьеры и доступные цены.

A lovely older Hotel, still very charming. Excellent staff, very kind and professional. Good breakfast something for everyone, also good Coffee. Pool good temperature, yes you can swim laps in this pool which was important for me, I didn't ask but 25m for sure. Ibn Battutta Mall across the road, it is a lovely Mall, worth a visit. Metro, and Buses close by 10 to 15min walk.

One annoying thing was that our room was apparently under the Gym open 24 hours. The people working with weights or dumbbells drop the weights to the floor making so much noise that it wakes you up at night time. I mentioned this, and was offered another room, but as we had ear plugs with us, and only a few more days to stay, we stayed put. Shower pressure good, but prone to sudden temperature change which is uncomfortable when the water is suddenly hot. Hand shower postion not adjustable, meaning you can't use it as a separate shower, because the shower holder only has one postion and that is straight ahead. Also for us the mattress on the bed was to soft, but no big problem.

(اعتذر عن عدم تذكر اسمه) رجل محترم وخدوم ويباشر بنفسه... تعشيتي في المطعم سي فود بوفيه ... طبخ احترافي وتعامل راقي مكان يصلح للعائلات وقريب من مول بن بطوطه يبعد دقيقيتن مشي على الاقدام تسجيل المغادرة المتاخر على حسب توفر الغرف وعلى حسب الطياران اد كان متاخر تعامل راقي واحترافي من الموظفين

It was comfortable and clean. I booked some months ago so I got a good price.

We arrived late at night and had a very slow check in (around 30 min). The reception asked also the payment in the middle of the night. Dated furniture and need some updates.
