Comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Well situated for the town.

Shower was dated and had mould in the grouting of the tiles. Reception hours very limited. Only 2 teabags and no one to get more from. Not shown the pool. Wouldn't say this is luxury accommodation. Also didn't respond to chat conversation or booking.com messages

This was a realy lovely stay. The loft room was adorable, spacious and very private. Just a short walk away from the shops, boutiques and market. Thank you Nazley, we really enjoyed our short stay.

Not very private room - right next to reception and near road. Had to keep curtains closed all the time for some privacy.

everything about the property was good, but the included breakfast was a let down. I let them know that I am vegan and the only thing I could eat was some toast and jam with a few slices of tomato and cucumber.

Loved the location. I would have preferred the website to say continental breakfast. Liked the fact the receptionist told us upfront about the breakfast & was disappointed.

No bar fridge, thought that was strange.

The breakfast was adequate, however the variety was limited. The croissants were super fresh.

No-one informed me that I only had a two hour window period to book in. Unfortunately if doing the Wine Tram you will have a problem. I find this very frustrating and unfair to expect patrons to book in before 4pm on a Saturday, given your location.

Convenient

Our room smelt damp. No windows to open for fresh air, Very stark and basic room with no luxuries at all in fact felt like an old fashioned boarding house We were offered breakfast in our room on a tray which we would rather not have , no where to eat it except on the bed. Establishment not full but had people walking above the room waking us up
