Cyperport is not yet a popular spot, which was our main attraction to the property. However, there is a shuttle from the hotel to the city and back, at scheduled intervals and at no extra cost. Their food was great!

Communicating is generally difficult as English is not a popular language for communication and the local’s general attitude/ manners was also quite challenging at the best of times. While some of the employees tried their best, the general attitude prevailed

The staff was Uber-helpful, and friendly. The location itself is well connected to public transportation. I’ve never had better sleep than the ones I had on the bed!

The pool could be a little less warm, considering it’s summer

location was a bit too far, by shuttle bus it takes around 20-25minutes from hong kong station to the hotel. the shuttle bus is in every hour, so I had to be on time.

Transfer to Central. Employees were mostly really nice. Breakfast is very good.

Not ideally located if you want to explore Hong Kong. The transfer bus helps though. Breakfast starts a little late. The furniture has strange marks of bottles or glasses everywhere and I first thought it was not clean.
