Many thanks to a cleaning lady who really did her best on the 3rd day of our stay (the only time we got our room cleaned and the towels changed).

1) photos look noticeably better than reality 2) Wi-Fi is too weak for calls and interrupts all the time in a room 3) a window is in a wall between your room and the corridor = no fresh air, weak ventilation, weak light 4) there were no shelves in the bathroom (at all!), the toilet was running and there wasn’t enough hot water for 2 people to shower and wash their hair 5) it would be also nice to get 2 towels and not only 1 (by the way, my towel was torn) 6) I think there were some bed bugs in the blankets or bed sheets, as I have itchy bites all over my stomach

Internet never worked for most of my stay. Limited communication with staff, as staff are only on site until 3pm each day. Electricity went off one day for a couple of hours, no communication residences didn't know what to do. I have stayed here a number of times before and never had these problem, apparently it is now under new management.

It was clean. Not having a double bed crammed in made the compact space liveable (smart move). This particular room had very little street noise.

It does exactly what it says on the tin: nothing less, nothing more. Just don't expect comfort or a cheery neighbourhood. The lack of windows soon felt like a cell.

I stayed here last bee Christmas 2022 and paid 40 euro per night which I thought very decent. location in great. the room is basic but everything was new, functional and super clean. they had a great kitchen and even a roof terrace. You can pick up the key from reception which worked for me. They also work with security codes. very professional set up that values giving good service to their customers. There was a loud party on the street around the corner on Christmas Eve but that was a one off. I was probably the worst for making noise. Their shared bathroom was also very good. Wi-Fi was a bit weak but I found that everywhere in the Canaries anyway

Walking distance to most things in the city.

Awful noise from the street. The rooms totally lacks sound proofing and the windows are thin as paper. No heating whatsoever, was freezing so much I had to put double blankets on me. Owners not responding to messages about complains. Stay away from this place if possible. Much better options available in Las Palmas.

Lady on reception was very nice & helpful.

The hallways are very dark. Had to use my phone torch to find light switches. The rooms are very small, & shower didn't work well. The kitchen has very little utensils. Had to use a glass to make a cup of coffee. Not worth £40 I paid.

I liked the calm atmospher and the good price.

It was a good value for your money and the bathrooms were clean. It had a nice patio on the roof.
