the room was big staff positive and partly helpful

for 4 star hotel room is very dirty.. I’ve ordered food, spent 10 min to explain that it should be without chilli and got extremely spicy food with chilli.. they cancelled it, thanks to them, but time was waisted and mood too and for breakfast for me there were only fruits, so next breakfast I didn’t even attend in the room with road view you will hear all traffic I’ve asked and they changed my room for back side, and it was quiet the check out time is 9am which is weird and inconvenient. After asking 5 times, they made check out time 11.30.

Location of the property is very good. Walking distance from Sabarmati river front. Rooms are comfortable.

room RFID card & AC system was nearly non-functional. Too many two & four wheelers in the basement parking giving a feel as if it was a railway station parking.
