At 5 o'clock in the morning they turned up the volume of the music in the reception area so that you could not sleep any more on the first floor. The manager only laughed and was unfriendly. I changed then the hotel.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice balcony overlooking the parking lot and pool. Easy access to the laundry room and the gym. After being met at every hotel in Mexico with extremely great customer service, the Marriott could learn from their competitors. The front clerk barely spoke or answered any questions. On another note the kitchen staff was quite nice.

There was only one coffee cup and coffee in a room for two people. When I went downstairs the dest did not have any replacements. As it was early breakfast was not ready but the very nice, night, desk clerk went to the kitchen and got us some. The shower took 15 min or more to warm up. So let it run, it does eventually heat up. Food was mediocre cafe type food.

The front desk staff were excellent! So helpful and friendly. I love the dog-friendly policy for $20/pet. And the convenient location next to a shopping center with a supermarket. This is a clean, thoughtful property with an optimal location off the 15 for long-distance road trip travelers. Other bonuses: quality bedding, spacious, new rooms with seating area, quiet rooms, and high-end shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in luxurious shower/bathroom.

As in much of Mexico, the lobby level had a slight odor from sewer gases. And the food in the lobby restaurant seemed expensive given the quality. $40/2 people. More US prices than Mexico prices.

Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was surprising in the choices and it was good.

In hotel was pleasantly , as in house.. Sorrow, that I spended in work a lot of time. To seeing in soon. :)
