not clean. towels were dirty. hotel construction noise early in morning. beds horrible.

Staff. Hiram was very helpful. And the other employees were kind and professional.

Kids at the pool can be quite noisy. This made it difficult for me to work. I think they should have a closing time for the pool.

The staff was excellent. Close to airport. Decent breakfast.

The pool can be very loud with all the kids.

AC was nice and cool.

No water for a few hours, could not get the internet to work for the fist day, floor was dusty, had to scan door key 3 to for times for door to open, key stopped working the second day and had to go get it reprogrammed, noise started really early, no remote controls for tv or AC,

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and clean

we were coming in very late so I booked this hotel because it was on my route, it was one of the only pet friendly hotels I could find at the late hour. there was a beautiful courtyard and the room we got was newly renovated and super clean! the front man didn’t speak any English but he was so wonderful and got me checked in really fast and told us where to park. he was so helpful. this hotel was amazing for the price, allowed pets, was very safe and had wonderful staff.

it was perfect for what I needed so there are no dislikes :)

The room is very clean and nice.

Lady in the front was just on the phone and did not help us out. We were helped by someone else after a while but most importantly we didn’t have water for a while in the morning I almost left without being able to shower or brush our teeth. Does not have private parking its very small and mostly on the street.
