The hotel is perfect location and the view is very nice the gardens very cheerful and many thanks to manager Mr Wael zidan

I liked the hotel territory. There are many palms, greenery, bushes and pure blue water in the swimming pools. The territory was clean. And there lived 2 ravens.

I didn't like that when we arrived there, the room that was given to us was very bad. Why? Because I could see construction works through my window. And more than that, the constructions works were started at 7 a.m. and I couldn't sleep well. Only after a complain we were given a better room. But still there were many other negative things. (in the photos)ю One more thing to mention. We asked for a vase for flowers 5 times, but the staff only promised it. We never saw it. So the flowers just died. Thank you for cooperating, guys!

hotel was big but a bit dirty and people interfere in personal which is non of their business ..what is my religion has nothing to do with them . internet doesn’t work at all

The bus to beach was frequent.

Everything was below par for the price. Alcohol was terrible quality served in little plastic cup. Very stingy hotel. Shower water was full of chlorine. Would smell like chlorine after shower Atmosphere in hotel was not relaxing.

All the staff are friendly, especially Ibrahim in the reception and Shazly in the buffet.

1- The furniture is old and worn out. 2- The food is not good at all compared to other hotels.
