Manche Ecken und Schwimmbad sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sehr leckeres Essen und hervorragendes Frühstück. Hotel Zimmer gemütlich ausgestattet. Toller Ausblick. Gute Verbindung mit Metro in die Stadt in Hotel Nähe. Wir würden dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Персонал обслуживания - хуже некуда, проходят мимо, не сотрут крошки со стола, тарелку грязную не захватят, чай не нальют Ржавые ручки в душевой кабине Холодильник почти не охлаждает

The location is good within Asian part of Istanbul. Staff very nice and helpful and the room was comfy and nice equipped. The breakfast was excellent!

It was quite pricy.

Location was okay but quietness was what we liked

Room size, temperature, moving us to another tower a few days after, room service was real slow. About an hour for a couple of coffees.

Guest reception was practically none. Rooms not cleaned properly. Shower door holder located at wrong side. Restaurant menu not suitable for those with spicy pallet Power outages in wee hours

We have been travelling many countries at the moment. We chose this hotel because it has Hilton brand. Very disappointing customer service. The room was allocated with a lock problem. Our family slept one night without the door locked. I had to call to get the attention to be fixed. The room was very tiny even if we paid good money. The breakfast buffet was over priced and mediocre. The dinner there was horrible. The air conditioning does not work well. The reception lady was quite rude and not professional. The noise was from the next room so no noise control. This is not 5 star hotel but should be less than 2 star. Highly not recommended. Don't be fooled by their photos.
