The fact that the system doesn't recognize a 10yrs old, even if you did mention that 🤔 and you provided them with the child passport. You have to pay half price for breakfast separately for your child. And the securities they must train them which hotel is which, as I arrived I was lost I showed them my massage they send me to the wrong hotel. As I went through the reviews, I'm not the only one who will complain about the breakfast area as a different venue. Most people they did raise that, and nothing is being done. I didn't like the way the light operates in the room, meaning that if you remove the card ,the plugs will switch off, but the light was right in my face. They should think 🤔 about people with sensitive eyes side lamp only will do.

The fact that payment had to be made in advance and then amount stated and then deducted differed due to Pula... Booking dates were amended and yet once again when he arrived it was stated that there was NO BOOKING for him

Good clean rooms.

The breakfast were very poor. They advertise to be ready at 06h30 but when we arrived at 06h40 the staff had only just arrived. The bacon,beans, sausages were put out in containers that were cold. the plates were cold, and the toaster was very inadequate. Aircon in the rooms is old and noisy

Back office staff - When paying for supper - transaction went through but card machine shows delcined

wifi was excellent and it did not disappoint , the receptionist was also very good and accommodative. other than this nothing much nice to talk about , the restaurant at Walmont had a great ambiance

shuttle service driver was very rude to the receptionist i could even hear him on the other side of the phone , there was no directory in the room to call reception or any where else , for a three star hotel not to have room service is appalling , then i walked through to the main 5 star hotel for food and guess what the food i ordered were off and i was given a replacement which was not well cooked
