Location, proximity to key places, good beds
Due to short rental,we unfortunately could not use the Gym .

The location was fantastic, access to food choices, the views were magnificent esp as we stayed in a lot. The unit had everything we needed - and everything was great quality.
Cleaning could have been better, and there were a couple of maintenance issues that should have been addressed before it was provided for guests (access to fridge)

The location was fantastic and the view was exceptional. It was great to be in a big city and get the sun right into your room. It felt like you were away from the noise and with such a great view it felt like you had space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family at Platinum Apartments. Smooth and easy check in/check out process. Helen and Rachel were super lovely and absolutely amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance for the casino, shops and transport. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again next time we visit Melbourne.

Excellent communication from the team before, during, and after my stay. The apartment was clean and spacious with a great view, plenty of cooking utensils (even a rice cooker, perfect for my group!). I also liked that there was a guidebook to refer to for the checkout procedure as well as things to do around the area.
The apartment has two small flights of stairs which can be slightly challenging for groups with large or heavy luggage to carry up. Not a major issue.

The advertising on your website said that the property had a bath however there wasn't one there. it was one of the main considerations when placing the booking.

The location is exceptional. The view from our room was picture card, especially at night. The apartment was spotless when we arrived.
Personal preference, but the bed was a bit firm for me. But I did get used to it after a couple of nights

unfortunately the pool and roof top garden was unavailable due to renovations that we were unaware was happening. pool was the main reason for stay selection with the kids.

Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment at a fantastic location. 7/11 below and a supermarket right across. The staff were also very helpful when we could not access the safe which ran out of battery.
The wifi is patchy.
