Great location, easy parking

The location is perfect. very safe, close to public transport and only 1 street from Crown Tower.

Although we been given level 44, the noice from railway can hear clearly. The kitchen cutlery, dish washer and cupboards not very clean. last but not least,the centralized air conditioner is not cool. we unable to adjust the temp ourselves.

Oven is faulty and needs repair immediately, carpet needs to be either stretched or replaced

It was spacious and nice view from the room.

The Cooperate Key did not respond to me and I had some issues during the stay. - the sofa, cushion and blanket were very smelly. - dishes were dirty and dishwasher was not worked well. - the room was not cleaned enough and I noticed that food was left on the carpet on the first day of my stay. - the filter of washing machine got taken so easily and the dust covered a whole bathroom when we used it. -we did not have any window which we can open so I felt very stressed by the air refreshment.
