Location was really great, staff were friendly. nice sized tv with chrome cast abilities.

I really disliked the open bathroom, especially because it was a twin room that I was sharing with a friend. We ended up leaving the room for half an hour each to let the other have a shower, or one of us would use the bathrooms down stairs.

It was cosy and there was a very sociable bar downstairs where U could get a drink in the evening

Great value for money, super close to the CBD without being in the CBD, easy walk to trams, DFO, Casino etc. staff are lovely! Cocktails delish! Room size perfect for couple or solo travellers.

Nothing really stood out as a dislike I’ll definitely stay again.

De ligging van het hotel was top! We gingen twee dagen naar de Australian Open en dit was op nog geen 20 minuten loopafstand. Daarnaast hoor je op de kamer niets van het drukke verkeer voor de deur buiten.

Helaas werd onze kamer twee dagen op rij niet schoongemaakt, waardoor we zonder toiletpapier, handdoeken en koffie/thee kwamen te zitten. We hebben op onze laatste ochtend aan de housekeeping gevraagd of ze onze kamer wilde doen; dat zou ze regelen. Helaas bleek bij terugkomst om 22:30 ‘s avonds dat dit niet gedaan was. Dit meldden we bij de receptie, waar ze ons een gratis ontbijt aanboden. We gaven aan dat we die volgende ochtend nog voor het ontbijt moesten uitchecken, maar we kregen helaas geen vervangende compensatie. Wel kregen we schone handdoeken, toiletpapier, koffie en thee.

TAXI driver at Southern Cross station who drove me to the wrong location and then over charged me

close to everything in Melbourne.

No wall between the room and bathroom so you can see each other on the toilet, no real curtains so very bright in the room and the hotel next doors bathroom light shining in our window over night, The coffee also wasn’t not nice, it didn’t even taste like coffee.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Shower and toilet squeezy but good. Parking was couple of blocks away but pretty handy.

No complimentary water in the room, just from the bathroom tap.

Location is great - walkable distance to the city and tennis. Very clean.

Nothing was perfect for what we were after

Moderne Einrichtung, das Bett war bequem, wenn man das Zimmer nicht Reinigen lässt erhält man an dem Tag einen 10$ Gutschein an der Hausbar. Das hilft der Umwelt und Macht Spaß.

ich hatte angeblich ein Upgrade bekommen aber die Zimmergröße war grenzwertig klein. Nur Ein kleines Fenster in den Innenhof und den hätte man besser nicht gesehen. Aber dadurch war es Nachts schön still trotz der Hauptstraße. Es gab einen 3d Fernseher aber keine Brillen dazu, sehr schade. Der Effekt lässt sich auch nicht abschalten also kein Fernseher, doppelt schade.

the location was great, the staff were friendly and easygoing and the bed was comfy

it was a bit awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a door, and some of the decor was a bit cringe and in your face. it would be nice to have some more toiletries too - shower caps etc.

Excellent location. Convenient to transport, tennis, bars and restaurants.

Definitely a budget no frills hotel. Not 4 star, more 3 star. Don’t expect any friendly welcome or service. I’ve never stayed anywhere before where I haven’t had a smile, a hello or even a thank you for payment. The guests seem to irritate the front desk staff. Cleaning standards could also be improved…both in the rooms and around the property.

Only stayed one night and while the room was nothing fancy it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our nights stay. Location was great, parking around the corner, bar in the lobby, supermarket across the road. Was a great hotel at a great price perfect for short stays

Long wait to check in - no staff around. Reception staff could be a bit more polite to customers. Air con in room not working - they said they would fix it but didn’t. Pillows to high - uncomfortable for side sleepers.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything I needed to get to.

I asked the staff for a receipt upon payment. The staff member said I'd get a receipt upon checkout. I asked for a receipt upon checkout and the staff member said they would email it to me. I never received a receipt. Something to hide?? Also, the pipes in the building were extremely noisy when someone took a shower in the room above or below me. So loud that I woke up on several occasions.
