Very clean and Woolworths and restaurants on the Southbank a short stroll away

The windows were ill fitting in the bedroom so the road noise was very loud

Bigger rooms

Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable and well appointed. Location is pretty good with a roughly 10 minute walk down to the Crown/ MCEC precinct.

Rooms on the lower levels are slightly impacted by street noise.

Specific staff member unfriendly. One tv not working and the other tv missing a remote

Staff were great, room was clean, facilities good for our few day stay.

Location was a little further out than we thought, car park was a bit hard to navigate.

the bed was comfortable. place was clean.

the view i was expecting was not what we got. we were given the room with the other side of the view. plus pool glass around was very dirty. water felt unclean too.

It was only okay...

Requested on site car parking when booking 2 weeks in advance. This was approved quickly. Upon arrival, there was no car parks reserved and I had to find my own. Reception was empty when checking in. Staff could be heard chatting in another room. No bell or buzzer to alert them. Kitchen bench was still dirty. No bathmats or hand towels were provided. Foxtel channels were removed from when I had stayed previously. Heater wasn't working in main living space, only bedrooms.

The location, the amenities, the view was immaculate and the rooms were spacious. The property was great! Central to locations that were for tourist attractions. Pool was warm which was awesome to swim in the nights or early hours of the morning.

Property pool wasn’t “roof top” but it was still amazing.

The location

There was an existing hole in the wall that was badly repaired by their maintenance team. We had taken photos of this repair as it was that bad. The hole caved in during our stay, we notified them the very next morning and showed them the photo of the repair beforehand and were told don’t worry we will note this. After we had checked out they called us and mentioned the hole again, we again explained that we had showed Reception and even emailed the photo over. The next day after we checked out, they rang and said that they were taking a fee off our bond as their so called maintenance team that did such a great job in the first place looked at it and said that they should charge us.

Great location. Very comfortable bed and neat and tidy room.

The bedroom was tiny. The heated pool was cold. Scuff marks on walls. Shower grimy.

Comfortable and clean. Location was good. Only a short walk to supermarket and Exhibition Centre

The shower! The shower head wouldn’t stay up and it was very hard to shower. We mentioned this to reception and it was fixed promptly

Location close to tram station and within a 20min walking distance to tennis and city.

The manager was awesome. He upgraded us to executive suite after our first room was filthy dirty and it gave my Daughter anxiety. Very understanding.

Our initial room was very dirty. And the second bedroom was locked

- good location - staff are friendly - stayed at imagine Marco in 2021 (booked under partners name) and it was great!

- lack of parking - no TV in the bedroom as is shown on the photos - shower head was loose and would spray up whilst showering - paid extra for a sky apartment (level 25 and above) and was assigned a room on level 23

Great location and well equipped apartment.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. There was lots of dust, stains on the sheets and the apartment smelt a bit sweaty.

Excellent location and superb views from 35th floor. Comfortable bed and overall quiet pleasant space. Room service was excellent with fresh towels each day and tea/coffee topped up regularly.

Tiny bedside tables and 'coffee' table in lounge are pathetic-given quality of place you could do much better than this!! Also huge dressing room but only provided 2 coat hangers. At least half a dozen needed.

Have stayed several times at Imagine Marco. I probably won’t stay anywhere else now when I visit Melbourne and I go regularly to visit family. Staff are always friendly and accommodating but are not intrusive. Great location. Walked everywhere I needed to go. Omg the bed in room 3302 was amazing! Whoever gets to stay in this room, you’re going to have the best nights sleep ever.

There’s nothing I personally didn’t like.

Nice two bedroom apartment in Southbank. Location is ok and next to Melbourne Square.

We were lucky to be on the 34th floor, with almost panoramic views of the city right through to the bay. The facilities were reasonably clean, but very well equipped with a full small kitchen.

There was obvious water damage to the floors outside of the wet areas making it spongey/uncomfortable to walk on the hybrid plank flooring. The beds were incredibly soft, personal preference for a firm bed.

The fragrance being pumped into reception and hallways. The rooms were tiny, hardly any room to move.
