I liked the beds, staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay and be comfortable

The family suite was spacious and private.

The furniture in the lounge, could do with an upgrade, it's all broken and torn.

The 2 ladies managing the place is so helpful and friendly. They made us feel at home, check in was fast and easy, they helped us carry our luggage to our room. The room was clean and even included housekeeping which I thought was an extra cost but when we arrive back the Saturday morning from our church service I was so shocked to see the room clean and tidy again.... We really enjoyed our stay, will recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay while visiting Jhb. The are was safe as well and walking distance to the shopping centre which was a bonus due to loadshedding lol.

Not the properties fault, but municipality lol..... The loadshedding wasn't nice

10/10 service. The place was worth everything and the staff, Normia and team were all exceptional. Extended my stay without hassle and will definitely return.

Extremely impressed with the warm welcoming I received upon arrival. Staff were friendly enough to show me around the property. Room was neat and tidy. Will definitely be staying there again. 😉

Excellent location for getting to meetings in Northriding

Shower has very low flow and not good at all. The complimentary soap does not lather and is a waste. The position of the wash basin is not comfortable and awkward to use - poorly constructed. The mattress is well used and lumpy - needs to be replaced.
