We had a great time on our short trip to Branson and SDC. The unit was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. We were comfortable and had plenty of room to get comfy at night. We would just suggest a deep clean as after walking around on the floor we had dirty socks or feet.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, it was in a great location to get to everything. We really enjoyed our stay for 6 days. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at this condo for our quick weekend trip to Silver Dollar City! It was a convenient location to the park. Ample space for our family of 5 and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The beds were comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the weekend!

nice condo, it was nice coming back to quiet area after all the crowds. We noticed the dishwasher had a smell , so we ran bleach and detergent through before we washed dishes ( rewashed some in the cabinet before we used them, ( not cleaned well ) No view on the ground floor because of trees ( not like the pictures show ) but overall a nice place .

Very nice and comfortable condo, great location, close to the strip but in quiet neighborhood. It was clean however I did find dry cereal under coffee table and between couch and end table there was a little dried up spill that was not cleaned up, so could do a little better in living room. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom were very clean. Also needs new batteries in all the Roku remotes and at least one kitchen dish rag. No view of Farris Wheel as advertised because summer over growth. But these are only minor things that could easily be fixed, overall it is a great condo and we had a blast.

Communication with the Evolve was horrible, slow response and not helpful

The floors hadn’t been cleaned and rugs in bathrooms were dirty. I have had rental units in Mexico and Iowa so I feel owners need to be aware of services they pay for. It was a pretty view of Branson but outside patios were unkept and garbage on the grounds.

It was a good place to stay for the price. The three bedrooms were nice.

The owners were very accommodating. We had originally planned to go in May but could not at the last min. They very graciously changed it to a few months down the road for no extra cost. There was a few plumbing issues but the owners fixed what they could right away and offered us a gift to make up what they couldn’t fix. Had a great time in Branson

Perfect location, away from the noise and traffic of the busy tourist area but close enough to be there within a couple of mile drive. Also close to the lake. Condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed.

We stayed for 3 nights in this condo. The condo is decorated nicely with most of the comforts of home. The contact person was very quick to respond to a concern we had regarding noise above us. Overall, the condo was clean and organized. I am, however, a bit particular about cleaning and noticed several things that need to be addressed. The wood work is white and the baseboards need a serious cleaning. The strip at the bottom of the tub is peeling away from tub and is a bit dirty in the crevice. The glass doors need to be cleaned, as they were full of handprints. In the tree line behind the patio, there was trash and aluminum cans. One of the comforters had not been washed and needed to be. The bottom bunk bed was bent and collapsing to the left….not a very study sleeping surface. Had it not been a child sleeping there, I don’t think it would have been doable. The extra blankets were thrown in the top of the closet in the second bedroom, so it wasn’t obvious if they had been washed or not. These things were unacceptable to me. Also, consider adding a fly swatter. Flies were numerous. The location of the condo was excellent. It was easy to get to most sites and areas of Branson. Parking was plentiful, and the area seemed very safe. It was away from the busyness of Branson. The outside of the condo was not very appealing to the eye. The trash dumpsters at the end of the drive were overflowing. Thankfully, they were dumped on our second day there. It appears that most of these units are rental units, so trash would be plentiful as people are checking in and out….understandable. There were two homeless people sleeping on the picnic tables by the dumpsters. Not cool. The pool was certainly not large enough to accommodate all of the people who were there. We weren’t ever able to access the pool, which was disappointing. This was our first experience at an Air B&B. There were good things to balance out the negatives.

This condo very comfortably fit 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 kids. It was peaceful and clean and close to all major Branson attractions. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and we ebjoyed

Everything is as smooth as clockwork!!! The condo is very clean and efficient! Very accessible! We will stay here every time we visit if possible!!

Pictures made it look a lot bigger then in person. Our comforter didn’t look washed, beds looks made very sloppy. Over all I feel it was cleaned really fast and not a good clean from people before us. Doesn’t have a playground need for kids. Back patio definitely needs a fence in the back since it a big drop off…

Loved staying there. Very clean and close to downtown Branson but far away enough where it’s like you are staying out in the country. Very relaxing neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Branson. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Jason was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. It was close to everything and we felt very safe. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to the strip and landing!

We stayed here with six teenagers and a toddler, and it was PERFECT. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer. Very cute, incredibly clean, everything in working order. Linens soft and high quality. Beds very comfortable. Nice view of downtown. Didn’t get to use the pool but would have.

The photos don’t do it justice. This was an immaculate property with nearly everything we could have hoped for (no corkscrew, but we improvised with a hammer and nail - thanks YouTube:). They even had a little basket of treats! Plenty of room for our family of 7. Perfect location to enjoy Branson. Highly recommend!

The pictures match reality with the cleanliness. It was a nice place with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen table is nice and big to seat the family and the living area is nice. Fun view of the Branson Ferris Wheel out the back patio window. It would be nice to have some chairs on the patio. We enjoyed it.

This was a great place to stay while in Branson. Great Location off the main strip. Clean and comfortable.
