Great to have apartment to stay in. Pool was lovely

Whilst enjoyed using electric scooters, distance to Darwin conference centre was longer than I had expected

Pool was pleasant, floors & bedding were clean and tidy.

Fridge was not very cold, swapped out for another but same issue, just tolerated it. Couch could do with a good clean, smelled like bad body odour, shower unfortunately leaked each time out the door and flooded the floor so had to use more towels which defeated the purpose of the environmentally friendly side that the property is trying to achieve with their “My Green Butler”. A tad pricey and maybe best for a weekend away!

Housekeeping was a little lax - did not provide the required towels on a regular basis

BBQ was covered in fat upon arrival - staff did arrange for it to be cleaned. The knobs on the BBQ were broken - had to use a knife to turn it on. Our dishwasher didn't work - had to move rooms. Room initially wasn't cleaned as per schedule until we spoke with staff.

The location was excellent and in a quite area. The apartment itself was very nice. Onsite parking was a bonus. The staff generally were pleasant and ready to assist with any issues.

The pool and bbq area is fabulous, great views. The apartment was very clean, felt new, great ceiling fans and a nice balcony overlooking Wood street. The location is central to city and there are lots of eateries in the area. Woolworths just down the road, Easy walk to the wharf.

My only (very minor) complaint was the TV remote off/on button didn't always work.

Unable to access pool on hot days because there was only a small ledge, which was too far down for me to reach and a pretty unstable vertical ladder, which I could not climb. Some steps leading down gradually, would really help those with a disability, children, ( but not the young ones) and the elderly , to get in the pool. Also, I found the shower to be too small, and made even worse by the door opening inwards, so you had to press your back against the wall, just to close the door! My husband usually helps me, but couldn’t fit in there! ( and I had been told you catered for people with disabilities) the shower chair I was promised ( they are white, curved and have drainage holes) was just an ordinary outdoor black plastic chair, that had been brought inside and plonked in the shower , but when it was in there you couldn’t open or shut the door, without hitting it! I feel some sort of coffee machine would be a drawcard, even if it was just a cheap, pod one ( and after supplying a few, people would then have to buy their own - anything’s better than instant coffee!) But maybe that’s just me 🤷‍♀️

Great central location! Close to everything you need, food and activities, not far from the main strip, but close enough not to be disrupted by noise or business. Most other locations of interest are only about 5minutes by car and roughly $10 with Uber, alternatively the city has electric scooters! The roof top pool was gorgeous and the temperature was great mid-May! hot and dry

Lack of contact with staff, and when ordering Uber, maps often direct people to the opposite side of the building than where the entrance/exit is.

Fantastic location, great clean apartment that was serviced by very friendly staff.

Only downside was the bed. Uncomfortable king (2singles pushed together)

A great location in the CBD. An easy walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the mall and the wharf. The apartment was very clean, with housekeeping checking in daily to replenish anything we required. The kitchen has everything you need if you are eating in. There is a balcony with a 6 seater outdoor setting. The pool area would be perfect for a bbq, with plenty of seating. The pool was very clean. Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our bags for the day while waiting for our flight, and had access to the pool.

The room size and facilities, customer service, location and rooftop pool were great.

The underground carpark. Unfortunately there was no warning as to how steep the ramps were and as our park was on the very bottom floor, it ended up scraping the bumper of our hire car which costed money to fix. If I had been informed beforehand would not have parked down there. Thankfully we were aloud to park at the top after we informed staff about it. Also slightly disappointed how noisy it was in the mornings

The apartment is well appointed and clean/tidy. Check-in is easy. Pool area is pleasant and quiet. An easy walk to shops, restaurants and hotels

Location, cleanliness, big space.

I did not like the non-contact aspect of the place. I missed the human interactions.
