beautiful property
tried too book 2 weeks in a few months and it was $18000, $700 per night more than we paid for the 4 nights

Lockbox wouldn't open, but was helped immediately over the phone with no problems. All sorted very quickly and efficiently.
Overall the property was excellent, can't fault the location and it was really quiet with amazing harbour views. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, we had great relaxing sleep. The apartment is very well equipped. I would recommend it.
The apartment is starting to show its age, e.g. bathroom grouting could do with refreshing, bath sink overflow drain needed extra cleaning, one of the draw fronts in the bathroom has small damage by the handle, the leather on the lounge is cracking slightly, the kitchen bench had a problem with tiny ants, but was able to control them ok, the top cover on the bed is showing its age as well.
But none of this detracted from how great the stay was and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

very very good overall, great view, comfortable couch and bed, nice and spacious. Good facilities, washing machine, dryer and kitchen etc.

All of it. Great spot, good communication with hosts. Well appointed place without it being cluttered. Would only stay here in Darwin if I had the option.
There is no rubbish recycling in the apartment complex. (so not an issue with the apartment per se, but with the actual unit complex). hated chucking recyclables down the rubbish shoot.

We have stayed at the waterfont many times. This appartment was an amazing quiet location with beatiful views. It was roomy and very clean. The hosts were fantastic to liase with.

Location Location Location I could not say it enough we had all the family with us and we had something to do every day and didn't need to leave the area. Everything walking distance and Shuttle Bus
We were happy with everything can't really think of anything. Xmas tree was up, pool toys available, beach towels it was Perfect. Because my husband has a disability it would have been nice to have someone meet us for some extra help at the beginning of our stay but we managed.

Right on the waterfront, fully self contained and plenty of restaurants at the door.

The location is superb; lagoon pool, bars, restaurants, park, shopping, its all just down stairs
The fire alarm for the building went off at 3am and the TV service went out when a storm came through (but I can do with the exercise and we came to Darwin for the storms not the TV)

Very very grateful for our request to be on high level fulfilled. View Stunning. Spacious apartment. Very thoughtful to leave a few pool toys and an eski!
Maybe almost due for a bit more modern decore/ renno. Still lovely, but paying this price it needs to be constantly updated. Definately not complaining, but just a constructive opinion. :)
Just a bit of a shame that our 2 bedroom apartment wasnt closer to us. Not sure how the apartments are set up, so this may have not been optional at all. The rest of our family were down on level 3 and a bit of a trek to get to each other.

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Included use of the vehicle was most appreciated and very handy! As we were there during a music festival, we appreciated that the house rules in place kept the premises quiet and relaxing. All staff we had contact with were very pleasant. Good communication from property managers throughout the booking process.
Overall considered a little expensive, especially as not seviced but suited our requirements for the holiday.

Great waterfront location with views over the harbour. Had everything I needed. Restaurant s and bars just outside.
The bed was too firm for me.
