Situated in the city it is easy to get everywhere quickly. The pool area is nice and the room had everything you needed. Bed was nice and comfortable.

some maintenance issues e.g., shower tap came off in hand as it was missing a screw; washing machine was unusable as it smelt like something had died in there, even after running a hot wash through.

the apartment was decent size with all that we needed. comfy beds. nice pool with some sheltered area which is good with young kids.

The apartment was great - it had all the facilities we needed. The pool was amazing. And the staff - reception and cleaners - were all so lovely and helpful. Nothing was a bother for them.

There were a couple of things not working in the apartment, but nothing that impacted our stay. The price wasn't cheap, but it was good value for Darwin.

Everything was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jimmy. Easy access to all the facilities, the pool was great and a perfect way to end each day. One staff member (didn't catch his name unfortunately) he suggested a room upgrade, which we did, it was a lot more spacious and great views and also recommended some great restaurants. The beds are so comfy, we slept well every night, thanks for a great stay, we'll definitely be back.

staff were very good! after an initial issue with the room, everything was sorted out quickly and good.

First room we were put into was dirty, but quickly resolved with an upgrade into a clean room

the pool was out of order/under construction for maintenance during our stay. we were not advised about this during booking or at check in. when you book a hotel with a pool you expect there to be a pool.

very disappointed to be told on arrival that the pool was closed. no prior notification. we absolutely would hang cancelled and stayed elsewhere had we known. having access to a pool 6 minute walk away is not the same.
