Great room size with 2 double beds and good bathroom. Easy valet service for hire car and reasonably priced. Easy to find carparks around the hotel during the day. Good restaurant for breakfast and quick room service in the evening. Very friendly helpful staff. Great location.

The beds just needed more pillows, only 2 pillows on each double bed. It was easy to request extra pillows and towels as there were 3 of us sharing the room (travelling with a six year old)

I love the bed, bathroom, and room spaces. It is very comfortable to sleep. I just stay 1 night. Looking forward to next holiday stay more days here. Cleanliness was also very good.

When I arrived with my husband, there is a misunderstanding with our booking. The front desk said we are not booked but I explained to her that we booked through Booking.com. So it sounds like I'm the one wrong here. I believe Hilton should be able to handle any booking from Booking.com. Waited for more than 15 mins for the front desk to find a solution that my booking had been booked from my second name.

location is great, good breakfast and friendly hospitality staff, good gym, very clean

front of house staff need a rocket! for most expensive hotel in Darwin lack of concierge and front of house. we were on Ghan running late and I rang to advise hotel. when we got there only one person on reception and no-one to assist with about 20 people and luggage etc. building is very tired. our room had damaged fittings and cupboard door that would not shut. Walls and lifts knocked about.

Excellent location, convenient, staff were very accomodating we enjoyed our stay.

We were only provided one large towel to shower but had two smaller ones, not a huge issue as we could have asked for an extra one. Otherwise the hotel suited our needs perfectly, very clean and the staff were wonderful :)

Everything was great, very friendly and courteous staff. You only had to leave the hotel for breakfast and walk about 1 km. That wasn't very practical.
