Sehr Schöne Unterkunft am Hang gelegen. Wurde von einem neuen Besitzer übernommen und daher ist einiges zu reparieren, was aber bekannt ist. Daher kein Punktabzug. Tolle Aussicht und kostenloses Frühstück in einer prima ausgestatteten Küche. Eigene Produkte können im Kühlschrank untergebracht werden. Kleiner Pool und einige wenige Sonnenliegen vorhanden. Parkplätze ausreichen vorhanden. Ohne Auto jedoch nicht zu empfehlen, da sowohl Restaurants als auch Supermarkt weit entfernt liegen. Golfplatz nicht weit. Wenn es fertig ist, wird das Haus sehr schön sein, zumal auch der Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich ist

The property on our original booking with you was CLOSED FOR renovation. Booking.com DIDNOT inform us. We were left stranded!!!!! Shame on you Booking.com. New owners helped out and put us in There set of rooms overlooking the golf course. So let down by BOOKING. COM.

La ubicació i les vistes. Si es busca tranquil·litat és un lloc ideal. L’esmorzar és bastant complet. El llit era còmode. Pomes i bombons a l’habitació de benvinguda.

Crec que en alguns aspectes està una mica descuidat. No interfereix amb l’estada però si amb la imatge de l’allotjament. L’habitació només tenia una tauleta de nit, les parets brutes, el moble del bany mig trencat per humitat, formigues a tot arreu (inclòs a la cuina, taula de recepció…) L’exterior una mica desmillorat… Pel que fa a les formigues s’entén q s’hi està a un entorn rural però fa molt mesos q apareix aquest tema a comentaris i segueix existint el problema. Penso q les habitacions tenen un preu pel que esperes trobar tot en perfectes condicions i no és així. Tampoc va haver ningú a l’allotjament per rebre’ns tot i que se’ns van donar indicacions per whatsapp de com accedir a l’habitació. A l’esmorzar, tot i que és força variat, brioxeria ultraprocessada…

The place and view

The space is big, very clean and has a very comfortable bed. The views are simply amazing and you can easily relax!

We really liked everything. The wineries and more restaurants are reachable by car as for walking it might be a bit far away. :)

We were a bit surprised by the full length windows in the shower and toilet, not much privacy but once you got used to it it was really great to have the incredible view, and it was an absolutely amazing view. Not a negative at all, just surprising at first. Over all a wonderful experience

beautiful view over the mountains, lovely communal areas such as the couches outside and a lovely view out the kitchen. nice self-serving snacks/drinks system.

the small individual room was sadly not as nice as most other rooms advertised. the window was in the bathroom and let in only little light to the small room. I wish that photo of the small room was more prominent to better see what I booked. The fact that the tv was slow would be okay, but Netflix crashed while loading every time I tried to select a show myself, and it was only possible to watch the show on the front page without the tv crashing. with bad weather, there is not much around to do.

If u want to completely get away from it all this is it . A stunning location at the top of a hill with fabulous views of the mountain and the outskirts of Las Palmas city (lights)and the sea beyond . All the staff were very helpful and the homemade breakfast every morning was excellent . This is a very small hotel , with an intimate feel which may not suit everyone .

Realistically , if u want to stay here and see a bit of the island , I would recommend car hire , as getting to any restaurants or shops is too far a distance and very steep ascent and descent .

Lady at the reception, was very nice and speaks very good English 😜 room is clean, but shower smelss really bad unfortunately and the bed was awful in room 43. Also, rent a car, with out a car your kind of stuck at the hotel, everything is like 40 a 60 min walking distance and the bus goes each hour. I Wish te hotel would have informed us about this before hand. Anyways, the views, internet, breakfast and the staff are really good.

The bedroom view was nice, the personal staff was also very kind and helpful.

It definitely isn't a 4 stars hotel: it's a home with bedrooms, the place seems to be abandoned, there is no staff at the reception all the time. The room had a terrible sewage smell in the morning, the towels were not exchanged each day, the furniture was kind of old. The bed was really noising. The quality of breakfast food was low, the last day of our stay there were NO eggs!
