Location only a 10 minute walk to the river and 5 minute walk to the town centre.

Breakfast was great good choices including full English. Location was great very near town centre restaurants and river. Very comfortable well decorated room.

Amazing find! This BnB is excellent. Tamara is a fabulous host. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely lady. Our room was big, clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The full English breakfast was so tasty! Great selection of other options if you didn’t want that. Location is great short walk to all the attractions. Would most definitely stay again 😁

This was a perfect location to walk to all the attractions in Stratford. The host was so gracious and kind, she thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. It is rare to find such a personal and hospitable host, with attention to every detail. would definitely like to go back some day!

Tamara is an amazing host - lovely rooms, very central location, spotlessly clean and breakfast (with a gluten intolerant and a vegetarian and meat eaters) was no trouble whatsoever; delicious and some great conversation with Tamara who is lovely- explaining everything about Stratford….we will be back!

Tamara was a wonderful host! She gave us a very warm welcome and was so kind to get us vegan plant milk for breakfast.
The guesthouse is very conveniently located, less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stratford. It was very handy to have free parking across the road from the guesthouse.
The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. The bed was very large and very comfortable. TV, kettle, and drinks and snacks provided.
The breakfast was a copious spread of cereals, lovely fresh fruit, yoghurts and Full English. As vegans, we could have the hash browns, beans, veggie sausages, toast, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. It was a brilliant breakfast.
We would definitely stay again. Excellent value for money 👌👍

Tamara and Elena were fabulous. It was lovely to chat with them both and the breakfast was outstanding. The house was so beautiful, charming and well decorated and the rooms were all very quaint and comfy. The bed provided a wonderful full night's sleep. Everything is within walking distance. I parked my car across the road in a free spot Tamara provided and never got back in my car until I left. Very safe area surrounded with pubs, tea shops, the river and of course everything shakespeare.
I can't recommend Tamaras place enough.

Handily located for the train station and the theatre, friendly chatty owner, comfortable room. Decent breakfast and nice to have tea-making facilities in the rooms. Spotlessly clean and really good value for money!
No hot water in the sink in my bedroom, and it was a little cold in the room late at night.

The Geust House was very clean, the room was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was first rate freshly prepared and fresh fruit yogurt and cereal if required, water,orange and apple juice, coffee, tea. .

The property was close to town, clean tidy and staff were amazing! Bed was super comfortable …. Have been away for just in 4 weeks and have stayed in ALOT of hotels/motels/lodges/BnB’s and this bed would have been the most comfortable and the best nights sleep I have had. Carpark instructions sent prior to arriving, really easy instructions to follow and easily found. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!
Stairs … this can’t be helped as this is the building. But was great full to be in the first room up the stairs and not having to go up another flight (especially with the weight of our luggage)

Bed was comfy and the shower cubicle was very large. Room was clean, breakfast was amazing all needs catered for and we left deliciously full. Room we where in had wisteria around the window and it smelt heavenly. Location was perfect only 5 mins walking into town. Host was lovely snd friendly.
No negative comments as would love to stay again as it was a perfect location.

Had an amazing stay at Broadband Guest House! Tamara, the host, was incredibly helpful and even surprised us with a birthday sign for my husband. The room was spotless, breakfast was delicious (full English breakfast), and the location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommended!

The hostess was great! She was quite responsive. The bed was very comfortable.

Very helpful owner. Unfortunately we could not stay at Brooklands due to a plumbing emergency but the owner very kindly made arrangements for us to stay next door at The Carlton. Parking was made available at The Brooklands which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the service from both establishments and will definitely visit again.
