I like the more basic setup and the huts But my wife and daughter like a bit more luxerey

It's a old camp site but I love it's character and value for money

I am happy with the facility as it's old but it functions great

The facilities are excellent and it was great value. The cabin we stayed in was cute and cosy.

The location was great. Really well set up for families.

Great location, price and has everything you need to enjoy your stay and make yourself food. The cabin was adorable and worked great

Men's showers didn't have much to any room to put soap or shower stuff other than hangers, one of the lights doesn't work so bit dark and gloomy

Unfortunately, there was a party in on our second night. There was a fair amount of alcohol consumed by them. They didn't respect the 10pm lights out and carried on til at least 1am. Even more unfortunately, many of them returned to the room right next door to us and carried on til 330 or 4am. Not a great night's sleep for my whole family. There was so much arguing that I didn't feel safe to go and ask them to quieten down. Perhaps there needs to be a patrol at 10 by staff to stop that kind of behaviour again.

The kitchens seemed big but we couldnt as a group of people had stored there food on most of the surfaces.

We were only told 24 hours ahead of our stay that we would need to pay a late check in surcharge which was not in the terms and conditions when we booked weeks before hand. We arrived and wasn't able to drink any of the water on site without boiling it as it was contaminated, we didnt have time to let the water cool so had to drive back into town for drinking water, would have been great to know ahead of time so we could have picked up water before. There was a percussion band training or playing on arrival in the evening which was nosiy, and quite frankly awful. And one of the mattresses on the bed was a foam mattress which was really uncomfortable. The toilets were difficult to find at night, and sandflies came through the gap under the door in the morning.

I am fully aware this was a cheap room for the night. I actually ended up leaving and not staying. The cabin room was tiny, very very old and unkempt. It was absolutely freezing. Sorry, not coming back ever.

The staff were amazing. But the room was tiny, malodorous, freezing, absolutely could not stay. Had to leave.
