Quite a lot of street noise at night, but didn't stop us sleeping.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in the centre of Bath. On the second floor so light and airy. Lots of nice touches - milk in the refrigerator on arrival and a supply of tea and coffee provided. The management can also arrange a reserved space at the nearby Charlotte Street car park.

Limited parking adjacent to the property and two flights of stairs to the apartment might deter some. Would also benefit from a quick guide to the the heating system.

we really like this apartment. it’s just feel like my own little home. we did enjoy it and will book this apartment again if we go again.

Good location in the center of Bath, only 2 minutes of walking to Roman Bath. Facilities are new and in good condition.

warm welcome by the staff. The place was better than anticipated and it had all the amenities. The flat was spacious and the check in & check out fuss free. Great location (got a bit noisy in the evenings).

no elevator. We were warned in advance about the stairs but an elevator would have made a huge difference with all the luggage. Taught me to pack lighter in the future!

Fantastic central location. The flat is spacious, the rooms are clean and the furniture is modern and comfy.

I had to do some work while I was there, but the WiFi in the flat wasn't working properly. I had to spend a lot of time in nearby cafes to use their Wifi. Also, the heater in the bedroom didn't work, so it was a little chilly in there.

Tenent in apartment above ours was a bit annoying. Loud TV and video games.

The location was incredible. Wonderful historic quarter. Minutes walk from everything, theatre, restaurants, spa, shops, historic sites. Flat was comfortable and well equipped. The provision of fans was excellent and welcomed.

Small things but significant over 8 days - could do with new mattress on sofabed. Could do with a tray beneath the draining board. Water kept flowing over side of worktop

I liked the decor of the apartment, very stylish. I liked that they left water in fridge and also coffee and tea for you to have. Shower was lovely.

The kitchen floor was filthy and sticky. We had a left over pizza in our fridge which was not ours. The bed was really hard and felt cheap! We could hear the upstairs walk around and woke us up a few times.
