Everything was good nothing bad

We loved the location being central to all the activities we had planned. The property was warm and cosy. Big well equiped kitchen. The lounge room was nice and cosy where you could lay back and relax.

The bathroom and toilet were both very small and could present problems for those with mobility issues. Being an older couple we were able to adjust to these minor issues.

Spotlessly clean. We arrived late and appreciated that heating was on and curtains had been pulled. Had trouble with lock but someone arrived and helped us gain entry. Really comfortable and so clean!

location was perfect for our need. We were just able to walk around to block to our engagement and had no need to use our own vehicle. The house is perfectly located for us.

The late check in time of 16 o'clock. HOWEVER we arrived very early at 14 o'clock as we had to allow for inclement weather and an engagement starting at 17 o'clock, and upon contacting the owner and explaining about my elderly companions and the bad weather he arranged access for us at 14 o'clock, which was very much appreciated by us all.

Great parking, bigger than expected for a family of 5. Heat pumps warmed the house up very well and heaters in each room.

The shower/bathroom was very small.

The property was beautifully presented, warm and had everything we needed for our stay

Big, clean, nice linen on the beds, comfy lounge, decent TV attached to a smart box, quiet at night, plenty of hot water, good location, great kitchen with plenty of crockery and utensils

2 adults mother and daughter, not a couple but no option for this combo on booking.com and 2nd bedroom a little small with only one king single and the other a standard single bed other than that it was sufficient for us using it mainky to sleep - by day we were helping family near by with their house renovations

Really was a warm bright spacious house, with everything we needed. Loved the personal touches on arrival. Would definitely recommend to other families 👪

Maybe possibly a bit of an earlier check-in would be good.

The place was just good enough for our stay. Location was perfect and close enough to all amenities we needed.. we would love to go back n stay over when we visit Dunedin

Lovely kitchen and lounge.

Better instruction for door lock. You tell us to tap unit but which unit. Had to get lady up road and she told us to swip then do codes. The fire alarm upstairs was beeping constantly. Needs a new battery Bathroom needs upgrading. Very sad looking room. Shower pressure poor. Tv volume was left on for deaf people took us awhile to get this off.

-Master bed was terrible. Really small and it was so bouncy we felt as though we were sleeping on a trampoline -No reading lamps next to the bed -Washing machine had no instructions so when we ‘washed’ our clothes they came out dry. Had to them try a different cycle which did work. -Quite a bossy set of instructions sent about them not being responsible for cleaning the lounge and kitchen areas which then meant we were worried we had shared facilities

Was on Bus route to St Clair Beach and near to where our friends live. Exceptional value for money. Would use again when coming to Dunedin.
