We actually stayed 2 nights. But the staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem. Rooms were very comfortable and the beds were excellent for sleeping. Great food in the bistro and wonderful atmosphere.

Shared bathrooms but it is "Pub" style accommodation and goes with the norm.

giant spider, smoke smell in public space. no air-con, noisy till midnight.

location is convenient; close by are shops, cafes and restaurants.

There were serious incidents in the bar area on consecutive nights, so there was a major safety issue for guests. There were cleanliness issues in the bathrooms and shower areas. Generally, the common areas were unkempt and lacked any meaningful service.

The staff are most friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well located in Ryde. I enjoy staying there.

It would be most helpful if there was parking available, but I understand why there is not.
