Me gusto la ubicación (barrio tranquilo, alejado del mundanal ruido) y la comunicación de las personas con las que me comunique. Muy amables, y la senora que estaba preparando el departamento fue muy gentil.

Por el precio, esperaba mas toallas, quizás una manta o sabanas para poder dormir en el sofa (el colchón de la cama nos fue incomodo) y que el mantenimiento del departamento fuese mejor (baldositas en la ducha sueltas, el bidet esta roto, la canilla de la cocina esta torcida y suelta, las mesillas del lado de la cama están sostenidas por un tornillo y tiemblan, y el colchón es de esponja. Maravilloso nivel de limpieza en todo el edificio, muy agradecida por eso, pero los detalles son fáciles de mejorar. Seguramente ya lo habrán arreglado cuando lean esto.

Good size apartment with decent value for money. The kitchen was really well equipped with appliances and cutlery/dishes, though I cannot comment on the state of the knives as we didn't cook anything. There is ample closet space in the bedroom plus a little desk which comes in handy. Comfy bed and big sleeping couch.

No reception/staff on site. This means that you have to do online checkin through a third party provider, where there is no information on data protection easily available. We felt quite uncomfortable entering our passport details there, but also in the end the site didn't work for us, so we had to send details over WhatsApp, which is scarcely better. Without completing the mandatory online checkin, management would not have given us the access codes to the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival, so we had to notify management (who were very responsive over the phone) and wait around an hour for it to be cleaned. Some of the furniture was quite worn and tired looking, such as the chairs. There is no space in the bathroom to put your things, as the unique design of the sinks leaves no flat surfaces for your toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., except for under the sink. Parking and getting to the apartment was a little complicated, as there were a lot of road closures, plus the parking garage that was mentioned with the booking was closed for holidays, so we had to try and find something else on our own.

Road works affected access to car park & prior knowledge would have been useful. Trying to navigate around the city to come in front another direction took 40 mins!

Good communication with the host, a clean, modern and very functional apartment, with everything neeeded to cook. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable too. The apartment is close to the city center, but located in a quiet area, allowing a good night sleep. I would definitely come back!

The room is adjacent to the road. There is not any traffic noise, but noises of people walking on the street coming direclty inside the room which is quite disturbing at late hours.
