Amazing view and comfortable well set up property loved our stay thankyou

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious. Big Kitchen and bedrooms. beautiful gardens and not too far from town, around 5-8min, depending on the traffic.

We arrived at the end of the afternoon from the beach. There were 5 young kids needing a shower, after 2kids had a shower, the 3rd had a cold/slightly warm shower, the rest of us, four, couldnt have a hot shower. We had to use a warm cloth (used water from the jug) to clean the other 2 children. Very unpleasant. Called the management as we thought it might be a problem, as the hot water finished really quickly, sadly they couldnt do anything. Th Hot Water Cylinder has no capacity for 8ppl, not even 4ppl, unless they have a 2-3min shower. It was so disappointing as i was looking forward for a bath, but we couldnt even have a hot shower, which is the Minimum we expect from any place, especially when we pay so much for a night. The other negative point is, the curtains. If you sleep in master bdr , you will wake up with the sun, not pleasant either. Such a fancy house, which could not provide the basic.

Oasis on Belmont Lane was a perfect home for our friends. It's really nice home, clean and well-equipped. Flawless message communication with the host. HUGE space with lots of places to relax. Each room had a great view which everyone loved, and the kitchen was a cooks dream.

Nothing really~

This is a large house with lots of room to spread out, with good kitchen and big bedrooms. Location is good too - far from noisy students, but still only a few minutes drive from town. And Nicky from Edinburgh Short Stays was superb at promptly dealing with problems we had with hot water.

The lock box is a a bit finicky - took some doing on a dark night to open it and it wasn't until day two that I figured out how to lock it properly. Could do with replacing. We had problems with hot water too in the mornings - usually only two showers possible with the third going cold. Plumber and electrician investigated but found no fault. Odd in such a large house.

House was amazing more than enough room for us to fit and have space. Close to everything.

Only things would be having a bbq available and dish cloths.

Spacious house, warm once the heat pumps got going. Beds very comfortable

Ran out of hot water so people could not have showers in the morning. Lack of soap and toiletries in bathrooms No dishcloths. Carpet is looking tired

Very roomy with amazing living space and an excellent view. Multiple bathrooms were particularly useful for a party of 6 getting ready for a wedding. Location great, although nothing is too far away in Dunedin. Quiet and private. Great parking space.

Lack of curtains in the living room, although double glazing helped. Worn carpet on the stairs created a risk of slipping down the stairs, a potential injury risk.

The views from the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, the size of the property

No soap, tissue box, shampoo in the bathrooms. The trash bin location is not in front of the property.
