Beautiful house . my room was big and clean. comfortable bed , big bathroom. Pipi and Sonya very friendly and helpful. : ). would stay there again, highly recommend.

The villa is set in a lovely garden, very peaceful..the room facilities were very good, clean and comfortable. Great balcony with our room, overlooking the garden. Nice decor throughout the villa and good kitchen facilities. Pipi was very welcoming and helpful and answered everything with a smile. It was handy (essential really) that the supermarket Super Lama is right next door to the villas complex. And next to the supermarket, the petrol station on the same side, includes a very useful cafe where you can eat and drink..the Italian restaurant just down the road was very good. There are also frequent buses from the road right outside the villas complex, in either direction, either back towards Punta Cana, or the other way towards Friusa.

Everything was good, we enjoyed our stay here. Just one little hitch. Felipe had said in his really useful information how to get there etc, that the villas complex was called Costa Bavaro, and to ask for that. We told the taxi driver this, and he also used Google maps to get there. On getting to outside the villas complex the name outside on the wall is actually Residencial Villas Bavaro. Because it didn't seem the same place (not Costa Bavaro)the taxi driver drove around for ages thinking it must be somewhere different. Eventually we checked with several people and took a chance that it was in fact the same place. We finally arrived much later than we expected. All fine in the end, just a little frustrating.

Absolutely exceptional in every regard. Great location and great price. I liked everything about my stay there. The place is its own little oasis (with high level of privacy), clean and cozy and very close to the beach. I felt very safe there. The owner (Bianny) and the property manager (Angel) are very nice, and super friendly. Once again, I felt very comfortable and can not wait to go there again...

The owner was very friendly, nice location (walking distance to very beautiful beach Bávaro), quiet neighborhood but convenient since it is next to a supermarket/convenience store and a restaurant. Although I didn't drive a car, it'd be convenient to park and get gas if you are driving. They also introduced me to a driver who helped me out all the time in Punta Cana. He was very friendly and the rates were reasonable.

There was no AC in the room and it was a bit too warm to sleep at night just with the fan. But I had expected that and was asleep finally; I just got to the country from Canada so took me a bit of time to get used to the hot and humid weather. To get rid of mosquitoes, they still provide mosquito repellent for guests, it worked well.

Fast wifi, comfortable mattress, very clean room and common area, nice private bathroom and shower, private balcony, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room and dining room, beautiful yard, friendly and kind host, 5 minute walk to supermarket with everything, 30 minute walk to beach

The House itself is beautiful but what amazed me the most were the hosts. Bianny and Angel were super friendly and helped me with everything. The House has a cute wonderful garden and the room a beautiful balcony. To the beach you walk about 20 min. I can highly recommend!

Walking distance to the beach, felt very safe in the neighborhood, the manager was sweet and welcoming answering all my questions and the room was big and comfortable. It was the perfect place for me. Thank you.

Bianny’s helpfulness and great location.

I came here primarily because the manager had such good reviews about her helpfulness. It’s true! She came and met with me helping me with my 2 week plan, and responded to countless What’s App messages quickly. The house is lovely and an exceptional value for the money. It’s in a gated, safe neighbor with a supermarket nearby and a local fast food place. Access to the local transportation is nearby. The 20 min walk to the beach is all private down to the private beach. They keep the beach cleaned up from trash, prevent vendors and they say your bag is safe there. That’s a nice feeling. Uber was less than $10US from the airport.
