Beautiful views of the city right out to the beach and up the harbour from both of the bedrooms which are a good size. Fantastic having a washing machine and a kitchenette. Great location to the city. But make sure you enter from Glenpark Ave end as it is on one of Dunedin's steep streets and parking is not for larger vehicles. Plus it has electric blankets to help you with adjusting to the cold weather. Place was clean and tidy with nice linen.
It sounds a bit pathetic to mention but pillows are very thin

The doors need to be fixed and secured properly. Could not close the door to the bathroom properly. Need to have a lock when you are having a shower.

Beautiful views, and the host was there when we arrived. Also liked all the books and brochures.
It is a single-glazed traditional property which can be cold, but there was ample heating and electric blankets to keep it hot.

Exceptionally clean and beds very quiet and comfortable. Small kitchenette was all we needed.

Location was great, uphill with beautiful view. Cozy and you really feel as if you’re home. Fully furnished with comfy beds and warmer during the winter really came in handy!

Always a lovely stay at this wee studio. The kids were delighted by the wee welcome pack and was enough to keep them occupied while we got everything in from the car. Then the views in the morning were absolutely stunning. Nice and private you almost forget you are part of a larger house. Amenities are nice and modern and the heat pump was on to keep us nice and toasty. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Loved the spectacular views of Dunedin as promised! Anya and Ariel turned on the heating prior to us arriving and it was such a heartwarming gesture especially on a cold winter day! Very clean and perfect for a small weekend getaway.

The view of the place was absolutely amazing

It was so clean and inviting. Everything was provided, and more. So comfortable and quiet. Great to have off street parking and lovely lights at night, showing the path to the door. Appreciated the access to Netflix and other TV channels. And to top it all off, amazing views!
Nothing not to like. I thought the couch was a bit low for me and hard to get up from, but that was more about me than the couch! :-)

Quite basic accommodation with under- equipped kitchen facilities. Needs more than a single induction plate & cooking utensils for 2 people, let alone more. Odd lounge area layout with insufficient comfy seating for convivial time. Lighting arrangements are odd in this area too.

the apartment was very clean and tidy, we had a comfortable stay. The location was really good, close to town. The dining and lounge area was really spacious. Two couples were able to be really comfortable in the space. Communication was excellent and prompt. We really appreciated the cold water in the fridge and a small bottle of milk, and especially the mini Oreos, Thank you 😁
Only that the kitchen could have used some tonges, but such a minor thing.

Clean, nice views, good shower pressure, great communication by staff. Free WiFi! Smart TV already connected to Netflix. Not too far from everything.
Sofa bed was not very comfortable as it was too firm, however the bed linen was lovely with electric blanket, was OK for one night. Beds were comfy as.
