The lovely bar and reception staff. Helpful management. Quiet location. Good parking.

Occasional dirty guests in the shared eating area. Letting toddlers pee on the table and using food tables for nappy changing.

The room did not have sufficient lighting. Need to have better lighting as it was quite dark.

The quietness generally. I expected more traffic noise on busy Parramatta Road however no problem . We stayed overnight on Saturday and Sunday . Bar area was very quiet which was another plus plus our room size was very adequate for 2 . Not too far to walk to shared bathrooms and toilets - usually no more than a few rooms away from most rooms on the floor . Tea and coffee facilities in the community room open 24 hours . No meals available on site however there were electric toasted sandwich maker and small grills in the community room . A walk of probably no more than 500 metres will take you to Woolworths supermarket, bakery and a number of food outlets for meals at any time .

Good value for what is on offer . We will stay again .

Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot and water pressure was good. Electric points were accessible.

Room was small. Share facilities sometimes dirty. I got locked out of my room while trying to move out. The kitchen area was very poor. Fridge was way too small. Electrical safety was very low. No flowing water or spoons in the kitchen area.

This room is designed for one person only, not two, should be in the room chair and table. The price is very high for this room

Basic facilities at what you could expect for the price - room was small and airless, but aircon worked well, bed was clean and comfortable, hotel itself was a bit grubby and needs maintnence - again ok for the pricepoint - hard to find anything close to Parramatta at this price - My room faced onto Parramatta Rd - glad I had ear plugs. 5 minutes walk from Granville Station makes access easy.

Rooms seem to be a secondary industry to what is in effect a pokie room with a bar attached - maintenance not up to scratch, carpets worn, all a bit worn and neglected.

Stayed 4 nites not once changed sheets or clean room , no fridge , no tea coffee facilities in room , no sink , im at toongabbie hotel now $40 cheaper got everything , ist day here they cleaned room

I had requested to stay 3 more nights, and the manager denied me, however there were rooms available to book from various platforms. what a pity

No water inside room, windows can't be open.

The bar was open sunny and airy with great staff. The double room is the way to go.

Some of the other tenants. Despite the clean older environment, many tenants made the toilet and shower messy, especially the toilets after use. The noisy tenants slamming doors and stamping up and down the stairs all night.

The bed was comfy

Very Bad location , the restaurants are too far away from the hotel,very noisy place,they have a big security guy who is not very polite and asking you too much questions,in general the price of that place is higher than its value.
