Great location. Easy walk to Bath's beautiful parks and historic landmarks. Very clean.

The beds in both bedrooms need better mattresses. While the tiny kitchen was well equipped, eating at the table was a bit awkward. The glass table sits in the living room area over carpet, and it was hard not to worry about possible spills. The downstairs bedroom had a mishmash of furniture. It would be easy to swap out the desk or table for a more convenient dresser so clothing might be tidied away.

Darnelle was amazing - I managed to lock the keys inside the flat, and Darnelle came to the rescue and sorted me out straight away. The house was lovely, with loads of space and great facilities to cook rather than having to go out to eat every day! My family had a great stay, thank you!

Location perfect easy walk into city and car parking place right outside the door lovely park over road great location classy decor we will be back !

Location was brilliant and the facilities and house was amazing. Staff really friendly and polite and gave me all the information I required before I departed. Also very near to the centre of bath which is great and plenty to do at walking distance 9.5/10.

This isn't anything to do with the property, but I have a Japanese import and quite a long on at that so couldn't imagine getting a bigger car e.g. a range rover in would be very easy if the neighbour is they're. But after a day or so it was fairly easy getting in but I wouldn't have if they're was anybody in the building next door. Not really an issue and not the property owners fault. More just given an honest option

Great location for walking into town and nice quiet area. Beds were comfy and heating was easy enough to operate. Good utensils and everything you need provided in kitchen.

Constant dripping tap in kitchen was irritating couldn’t stop it needs fixing. Shower pressure not great. Shower screen rubber seal at bottom needs replacing it’s dirty and almost black Front room decor a little tired visible marks on skirting and damp patches on ceiling.

the location was excellent as was the Mews house.

The bedrooms were a little chilly- but it was cold when we were there. a very minor request- more mugs and teaspoons

Great location and good facilites

We were a group of 4 friends (women) and had planned on 2 people being downstairs on the double (that is actually two singles - which was perfect) and one on the sofa bed and one in the double bed upstairs (alone- as she has trouble sleeping.) However, the sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on so the double bed was also utilized - not ideal.

Fantastic location, so close to the centre of Bath but very quiet area. Good space. Parking a real bonus

My hand touched the towel rack in the bathroom and I burnt myself badly. this will need a sign to state this.

The house is in a great location. The beds are very comfy. The sitting room was comfortable but needs a good and thorough clean after each guest has left. This doesn't seem to be happening. I expected more. Thank you to Darnelle for coming out to fix the bedroom window.

First impressions, the front door opened into an unwelcoming porch area containing a small console table with a note about checkout and a box holding unopened mail. Upon opening the door into the long hallway we were hit by a pungent musty odour which was rather unpleasant. The downstairs bedroom was a good size. It appeared that the previous guests had kicked over a cup of coffee which has not been cleaned up. The bathroom at the end of the hall was quite dark and doesn't have a window. The bathroom extractor fan did not work and the seal under the shower screen was absolutely gross caked with thick black mould. The corner tile grout was already black The second bedroom is upstairs across the landing from the sitting room and separate kitchen. The bedroom is spacious and bright with a skylight window. The bedside tables and bedstead were dirty. Fortunately, I brought along some antibac wipes to give them a clean. The wipes turned black after the gentlest of wipes. The house was far from spotless. The sitting room was a good size and nicely furnished. The room was very warm when we arrived (the heater had been left on!) so had to move the sofa to get to the windows to open them to let in some air. To my horror, it looks as if the cleaner doesn't bother vacuuming underneath or behind the sofa as there was thick dust and plastic wrappers behind it. This is unacceptable especially as the sofa moved without much effort! The kitchen clock had stopped and the toaster did not work. It was disappointing that there was no kitchen roll or multi-surface spray so I had to purchase some. The microwave had not been cleaned properly either. Some half empty coffee, hot chocolate jars were left on display for use but these types of supplies should be discarded after each house guest has left for health & safety reasons. I certainly bought my own. We did not get a welcome basket or prosecco as mentioned in other posts.

Great location, enjoyed the short walk into the centre of Bath.

The lounge and kitchen being upstairs felt strange at first but we soon got used to it.

A fantastic position and wonderful to be provided with Tea & Coffee plus fresh Milk and a lovely bottle of pink Italian sparkling wine on arrival. The beds are excellent, so comfortable. Generous provision of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and handwash ect. Kitchen well stocked and appropriate cleaning products.

Velux windows not working in the kitchen or upstair bedroom & no spare batteries in kitchen drawer to operate them - as advised. Upstairs Bedroom:- The floorboard damaged near the foot of the bed, as you walked on the carpet unaware a uneven dip meant I ricked my ankle. Obviously someone was aware of the problem as the bed had been pushed off centre and the second bedside table had been turned sideways to enable this. Have now advised Price & weeks so I’m sure they will attend to this and I also advised that the shower was not very efficient and needed some sort of maintenance.

Kitchen a bit run down. Sink tap loose. Poor range of cooking utensils. Not enough cutlery or plates. No scissors. No slotted spoon. No prep knives. No jug. Only 1serving dish. Dishwasher door didn't open properly, kept jambing. Pint of out of date milk in fridge. Exp. 3rd May. We arrived 17th.,! Bathroom extractor didn't work. Signs of mould around Bath. Poor lighting for doing make up. Dining chairs far too big for the small space which made it very cramped to eat at the table. No mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall clean but not spotlessly as some reviews had suggested. Overall smaller than I was expecting from the pictures.

Location excellent. Nice furniture.

Needed repainting. Water stains on the ceilings. Tap in kitchen wobbly and almost coming off.

Fantastic location as only a five minute walk in to the centre of Bath, super clean and tidy throughout, having a parking space right outside the door is a massive bonus!! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely accommodation!

If I had to be picky the only thing would be the pressure in the shower is pretty low....but nothing else!
