There was no breakfast served. Accessible to all amenities but too far from the airport.
Washroom is not cleaned, the flusher of the toilet bowl was broken. The cover of the couch was not clean and it smell.

Enough if you want to relax and be away from the busy areas.
No toiletries, no toilet paper no bed sheets and only one blanket, requested second one and came with 3 holes.

the owner upgraded our room since the one I booked is not yet ready due to renovation. It was bigger though the aircon is not that cold

The property is very clean. It has cooking materials and it is very comfortable. Though it does not have ang microwaveable plate but its fine. We had a great stay. We will surely book again next time. Thank you Kuya Gilbert😊

The apartment was very nice, there was transportation close, it was quiet and the host was very accomadating

Very homey and safe. There is a small tindahan next to the property where you can buy coffee, noodles, water, and other essentials.
No cable for tv.

The location is quite good. It is in a subdivision with security personnel at the entrance and they also go around the entire subdivision. The place is quiet and a good place to rest after a full day of work. I guess it's ideal if you have a vehicle as the place is in a subdivision and it will take quite sometime to call for a tricycle if you want to go out. this is a bit of challenge if you go out in the evening...
