Breakfast is not good. Maybe Engels and for the americain guests but very obsolete, not 2024!!. Lots of different eggs, sausages, bacon, black pudding.!. “Fresh” fruit was partly canned fruit.
Croissant were not the real thing and therefore disappointing.
If one has a cholesterol low diet this hotel should be avoided. Not a really healthy breakfast buffet.
Koffie was excellent.

staff were extremely rude, vey poor customer service. the room was unclean, extremely small, even though we upgraded to a superior room, stained furniture and stain on the wall.
staff would not check us out on our departure which was distressing. Would not recommend and will never stay here again, ever.

-Took a long time to check in to the rooms
-Rooms too far away from each other and corridors too long
-Making up room was not available after a certain time of the day...
-Lack of amenities in the bathroom/no drinking water
-No possibilities of having 30 mins additional extended check out time even after having paid additional 40 Pound for 16h to be 16h30...
-Waiting too long from Cloak service to bring down the luggage
-Cloak employees left the luggage unattended after bringing them down
-Bed not very comfortable because a bit too soft...

Been here a few times and the rooms are good, great pool and gym, quick for check in and check out - and every day they have guests of the day - which I was lucky enough to get ! Great locaiton for what I required.
Although the room was good, it was pretty tight - not much floor space.

Lovely cooked breakfast and other options provided. It has a lovely setting and a nice layout of stations. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Can see when things are not right!

Staff were so friendly and helped us out printing our concert tickets etc… concierge was amazing!!!
Breakfast was really good and had lots of options, room was big enough and surprisingly comfy & clean. They even did crunchie friday where they gave everyone a chocolate bar after booking in and honestly it’s the little things such as this that made the stay even better 😆

Beautiful quiet location, central to all the sites within 5 minutes walking distance to tube station. 10/15 minute walk to Royal Albert Hall.
The hotel itself was very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, and the breakfast was lovely, great selection, and variety. A little mix-up with room but was able to change us straight away with no issues. I'd definitely go back again.
The rooms are small in size, but for the amount of time you spend in them it was not an issue.

Die Lage.
Pool 3 Tage defekt. Als dieser wieder funktionierte war der Whirlpool 2 Tage defekt.
Nach 2 Tagen kein Pinot Grigio mehr an der Bar zu bekommen ( 3 weitere Abende nicht ).
Umkleidekabinen teilweise nicht benutzbar, Schränke konnten nicht abgeschlossen werden, da die Schlösser gefehlt haben.
Ein Fahrstuhl fuhr an einem Tag nur bis zum 1 OG runter, dann hielt er an und man musste den Rest über die Treppe runter gehen. An einem anderen Tag Funktionierte der Knopf für das Erdgeschoss gar nicht.
Rührei war nur eine einzige "Pampe".

Fijn buiten het centrum maar wel goed bereikbaar met het ov. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
De kastruimte was erg karig waardoor we de koffers niet/nauwelijks konden uitpakken om kleding op te hangen.

Location was excellent, the buffet breakfast filled us up with all of our favourites every day, and staff were so helpful and friendly.
We are from Australia so are used to slightly bigger rooms, but we did like our room. Maybe just a bit more space would’ve made it that bit more comfortable.

Positive:The close connection to the Tube station, the great breakfast selection and the friendly staff
Negatives: For a 4 star hotel, both the sofa in the room and the carpet could do with a deep clean. The cleaning staff were also very noisy in the corridor on the first morning. The room is very small. No space for the suitcases.
Conclusion: Despite the shortcomings, I would come back again.

Excellent high st shopping...Location was close enough to the City Centre, and tube station. From hotel to Marble Arch takes on avg 20mins, and is mostly faster than getting a Uber or Bolt!
